Bourbons 72

The manager was wonderful/ waitress was great & food was wonderful as well.
The only down fall was the lighting. Couldn’t read the menu we used our cellphone 📲 & other people did the same.

Always a warm and wonderful time when we can enjoy dinner at Bourbons72. Our party of 4 never felt rushed or ignored. We appreciated the care and concern re:COVID protocol, as it was our first venture out in many, many months.
So good to see Frank! Been too long! And our food was terrific as was our waiter. We had some time in the bar before dinner and again, had a great waitress/bartender who made sure we were comfortable and well-taken care of...
Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be returning.

The filet and prime rib were excellent, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides complimented the meal and were delicious as always. Wonderful service!

Ended up here after a fun night at the casino. Food was amazing and our server was so nice and professional. She gave us a free desert for our anniversary and it really just made the night so perfect for us! Definitely recommend the parlay cocktail! Thanks again!

We have dinner at Bourbons quite often it’s always been a very pleasant atmosphere an excellent steaks we highly recommend you pay a visit to Bourbons

Second time here. Food was spot on delicious both times. Staff is there when needed but not in your face constantly. The host remembered me and my drink order from last month wow. That really makes you feel welcome.

Everything was great

Service was good. Food was decent but, was not as good as expected for the prices. One steak cooked perfectly the other was over cooked.

Keep doing what your doing well loved it. Food was great drinks great perfect choice for my wife's birthday I think I'll be back in July for mine.

Was a nice dinner, food was excellent. The presentation of food was good. My server was awesome and real nice. All and all I’d give a 9/10.

Was very nice visit as it’s been a while since I’ve been there but we had reservations for 6:45 main course didn’t come until almost 8pm that’s when we got a little disappointed I don’t know what happened??? We love eating here

The food was excellent. There was a very eclectic mix of people, many poorly dressed wearing sweatshirts, jeans, shorts or hats (I realize this isn't entirely the restaurant's fault, but it detracts from any feel of being a higher end restaurant). The service was unique in that we consistently had to ask for basic things like a dinner plate or more butter for our crab or a plate to put the crab shells on....even more water. The waitstaff was responsive once asked but we consistently had to ask. The host seemed to pick and choose who he checked in with during their meal, we were never asked. We had the blue cheese wedge salad, King Crab legs and a side of brussel sprouts. The salad was an average sized portion which we said we would share, however, they only plated it on one plate and we had to try to cut it up and separate onto a separate bread plate (I wish they would have split it for us in the kitchen). The King crab was excellent however, they had taken all our plates and we waited for several minutes to get plates after being asked if we wanted plates (of course we did!!!). The brussel sprouts were disappointing being rather soggy and not crisp as we had hoped, plus there was nothing else with them, just basic brussel sprouts. It was my wife's birthday so they offered a free dessert, which was a nice and appreciated gesture. She selected the carrot cake, which was strangely saturated with a strong, rather overwhelming lemon taste. It wasn't bad, just not expected or really wanted on a carrot cake. Considering this ended up at a $200 meal, I would struggle to recommend friends to go to the restaurant for all of the reason above. Its also very open with very little privacy for a nice date with your loved one. The food was the only thing that seemed rather high-end, the rest did not match up.

Last seating but felt rushed out. Asked if we wanted another drink because bartender was going to leave. Asked if it was ok to vacuum?!?! Waitress telling her life story and then asking if we needed anything because “ she was going to go to the bathroom and be gone for a little bit”

The food was exceptionally well prepared and our server, Rachel, was awesome. I have not had a bad experience with either my food order or service from the entire staff. I would highly recommend Bourbons 72 and will most definitely return.

It was mostly good. Took a long time to get our drinks. I ordered an Old Fashioned after appetizers and didn't get it till desert. Our server was very nice but she disappeared for long periods of time. I should've been more careful ordering the French Onion soup. It was in a puff pastry with little cheese. My wife's meatball appetizer was pretty dry. I enjoyed the Oscar style steak with the crabcake on top. Very tasty. The dessert sampler was ok at best.

Kelsey, our server was fantastic. You could tell she was passionate about her job and food, which made the meal more enjoyable. The food was cooked perfectly and nothing was lacking in flavor. The drinks were mixed well. The service was timely and I was impressed with the staff. By far, one of the best meals I have been serve at a restaurant.

Dinner was outstanding!! French onion soup was very good, cheese stuffed puff pastry baked atop a crock of beef and onion soup.....
Delicious meatballs in a spicy sauce with a nest of shaved Parmesan on top, served along side a baked slice of cheese covered bread...
Our entrees were great Perfectly cooked steak served with a blue crab crab cake and seafood scampi......
At the end a sampler of three desserts , blackberry cheesecake, carrot cake, and triple chocolate cake.

Food was cold and service was slow even though we were at 25% capacity.

The food and presentation was wonderful. Our server was awesome and tentative to our needs. Great personality.

Burnt meatballs, bland au gratin potatoes, crab cake was just ok, had better, desserts bad and rushed by the wait staff.

It was very nice. Atmosphere, food and service very high quality.

The host was great, the waiter not so much...the steak was tough and the crab cake was mushy...the desserts were only fair...had looked forward to dining there...so disappointed!

We had been there a couple of times all ready and it had been a year due to Covid that we have had dine in. The maître d’ the server were the best!!!! The menu was excellent and had the restaurant special! Everything beat our expectations

The booths are the best. They are secluded and very comfortable.
