   The experience was mind blowing. First, Drew Bledsoe, the winery owner, came by and personally met and spoke with us. Secondly, the wine was absolutely delicious. Thirdly, the pairing was magical. The chef's choices transformed the wine and vice versa. It was a magical play on the taste buds. Fourthly, the staff were amazing and gracious, I felt so pampered. Lastly, I think I may have made some new friends. I am definitely coming back for another winemaker night.

   Truly incredible. My husband and I visited to celebrate him becoming a US citizen, and our 5 year wedding anniversary. The service was out of this world, we had visitors to our table from all parts of the staff to congratulate him on his huge achievement. I don’t know what I expected but I was completely blown out of the water. I don’t remember the last time we felt so celebrated. Will absolutely be back.

    The service was amazing, and great atmosphere. I was disappointed in the food, it lacked flavor. Also, fresh horseradish should have some type of kick to it. It also seemed a bit flavorless. I had the s’more for dessert and it comes in a smoked glass over it and it was too much.. I really wanted to like the food, but it was just so so. I recommend going once at least, but we will not be returning unless maybe for happy hour….

    This restaurant was suggested by a friend so my husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. Upon being seated we were each given a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary, that was a nice touch. The fries, which I assume are their version of bread that most restaurants give out were good! Restaurant is cute but it does get loud and you are seated VERY close to others. The first couple that was sitting next to us were arguing the entire time so it was difficult to concentrate on each other and have a conversation. The second couple that got seated in that table were nice and talked to us for the remainder of our dinner, it felt like we were on a double date with strangers but that just shows how close you are to others seated around you. So definitely not an intimate setting - if that’s what you’re looking for. We ordered oysters and hamachi to start. Both were good and fresh. My husband ordered the A5 Japanese Wagyu and it was delicious. I ordered the rib eye cap which I was disappointed in. It was pretty dry and lacked flavor. For sides we got mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. For the amount we spent, we definitely expected to be wow’d but it was mediocre for us. Won’t be trying it again. There are better steak houses in the area. But I would like to add that our server was fantastic! She was very tentative and checked on us frequently.

    Drinks were some of the best I've had. Pork belly first course was a bit bland, sides were great, steaks were good, dessert good. Extremely expensive relative to the quality I felt I received. Nothing was horrible, just felt ~30% more expensive than I would've expected.

    Outstanding food, incredible service. The doorman, GM James, waiter Cody, and sommelier Jonathan were all tremendous, made us feel welcomed and special. The oysters were perfect, the white truffle Caesar exceptional, and while the filets and scallops were most excellent, it was the Brussel sprouts that stole the show as they are worthy of entree status. We visited Bourbon Steak regularly when living in DC, so after moving to Seattle we decided to make it our first special dinner visit. That decision was rewarded by discovering this location was even better than the restaurant in Georgetown. The atmosphere was warmer and the service beyond compare, so we won’t be looking for another special dinner place in Seattle, as we have already found the place that can’t be beat.

    This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I never complain since I worked in the food and beverage industry for years throughout college but I had to say something today. To begin with, it took over 20 mins to get my fiancé and I seated, even though we made a reservation. We understand that over-bookings happen and the host can't control people's tables so we waited patiently. Once we finally sat down, our two servers greeted us promptly, offered drinks and that's about the last time we saw them for the rest of our dinner. Our drinks arrived well after our two appetizers, a random server took our order after she realized we had been waiting to place our order. Once we got our food (about an hour or so after) my steak came out dry, gray and burnt, on the other hand, my fiancés salmon was okay. I waited for about 5-10 mins to eat my steak hoping that a server would check in on us and I could get a new steak but that never happened. We also wanted a second round of drinks but guess what? No server to be found. We ultimately gave up, I ate some of my food since I was hopeless and hungry until a server's helper came to offer us water. Once I told him about our awful experience and he saw how sad my steak looked he apologized and said he was going to call a manager to check on us — said manager never showed up. At this point, we were both pretty frustrated and just wanted to get out of the restaurant. I somehow got the sommelier's attention whom recognized that my steak looked dry and said he'd take care of the meal for us... we thanked him for understanding and waited for our check to pay for our drinks but said check never arrived, which is hilarious at this point. All in all, coming from San Francisco where the food scene is superb, we really expected a lot from Mina's restaurant but all we got was poor service, dry food and a headache.

    Overall we had a great dining experience. The trio of frites with the three sauces were a delightful touch - the restaurant serves this instead of a bread service. The hot sizzling lobster was delicious. The caesar salad could have a better presentation. Very pleasant welcome by the manager and service was great.

    I love this place. The food is wonderful, especially the tuna tartare from the old Aqua in SF. Steaks and sides are superb, the french potatoes they bring out to start are truly amazing. The wine list is excellent, but pricey. The sommelier is actually knowledgeable and helpful. Like that older and now vanished aunt Aqua, in San Francisco, it is purposefully noisy. The service is friendly but uneven and frenetic for the price, I have been here often and think they are short likely one waiter and two servers. The server got the orders wrong, our foreign guest asked how to tell them they'd brought the wrong meal, turned out it was my wife's and all was well, our friend from back East, sniffed. Maybe she had a cold. Very small things I never encountered at Michael Minna's restaurants pre-Covid.

    The booking experiences then showing up in person was not ideal. The restaurant had no idea I prepaid online. They did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Instead they explained that the problem was an OpenTable issue. As it was Thanksgiving and they were sold out for the night and struggling to keep up with service, I choose not to push the issue in the moment. Very disappointing, possibly my expectations were too high for the experience however the experience I did have was not worth the addition cost I had to pay that was unequal to what was provided. Steak order cooking temps were mixed up on our order resulting in me and my guest not receiving what was ordered. Everything else was delicious. After the first course our waiter disappeared and every moment after we waited or flagged them down for something else. The table next to us knew the bar manager they were speaking to. He rather loudly expressed that patrons were over staying their welcome and “….tables won’t leave” which I thought was rather unprofessional. All in all 3 out of 5 and very unlikely to return for an experience. Which is a disappointment as I was hoping that this would not be the case.

    Cool place but a bit loud sound system. None of the steaks are cooked past medium-rare! I asked for Medium+ and it was cooked rare->medium rare. I just liked it a little more done than that. I sent it back to be cooked more, it came back barely medium.

    My food was delicious but my husband‘a was mediocre. We cook a lot of steaks at home and it was probably one of the worst cuts of meat he’s had in years. 30-35% of it was fat and right in the center of the steak, not marbled throughout. For a $300+ dinner, he was really disappointed. However, the staff were really on point and fantastic. Also, the rest of our food was really great. The seating was a little less than desirable, booths that connected, very close together so you felt like you were in the middle of your neighbors dinner conversation. My husband likely won’t want to go back but I likely would since I had a great experience other than the seating.

    I was unexpectedly at loose ends and on my own for dinner on a Monday evening, and after looking at restaurants nearby and dismissing most as options, took the chance on Bourbon Steak - and wow.
