Too loud left with severe head ache and couldnt hear the waiter, food was okay, i was really hopefull. But disappointed that we never received our appetizer, and it took over an hour to receive food. Thank goodness for the chefs specials those fries and sauses were the best part of the night.
One of the most hospitable dining experiences that I have had in the last several years. Service and true hospitality was second to none. Then we get into the food and it was a grand slam. Everything we ate was top notch and great flavors. Presentations were beautiful and overall experiences was just incredible! Michael Mina should be very proud of this restaurant and it’s team!!!
I really hate to give a bad review but we are really bummed about the whole experience. My boyfriend was really excited to try this place on our vacation as we are steak lovers. We have had amazing steak dinners at numerous locations and this place fell short BADLY. Everything had little to no taste. Nothing will be memorable except that it wasn’t good. We got the scallops and wagyu beef steak and both were mehhh. Our bill was $400 and while we don’t mind spending that kind of $$$ on a quality meal. I’m actually really disappointed we wasted our money and time. I recommend Michael Mina to go back and check this place out as this is tied to your reputation. Such a let down . Much better choices in the Scottsdale area .
Celebrating special occasions. The notecard was a nice touch but other than that nothing special about the culinary experience.
Celebrated our anniversary, service was great! For Steakhouse, food was average. Nothing special- husband ordered ribeye which was very dry and bland. Sides were flavorless (classic potatoes, Brussels, mushrooms, onions, and lobster mac/cheese). I had sea bass which was also flavorless and VERY bland. We went to Dominick’s the night before and had the best meal of our lives. Spent the exact same amount at both restaurants. Tried to replicate it at Burbon and was HIGHLY dissatisfied.
Amazing!! Food and service was phenomenal!! Loved our waiter, Devon and all the wait staff! Will definitely come back again next time were in town!
Awesome experience. Went for my girlfriends birthday. Stopped by the bar first for a cocktail. Phenomenal service from both bartenders . My Manhattan was executed perfectly.
Milan was our server in the dining room. Quiet possibly the best service my girlfriend and I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. All staff took care of us wonderfully and manager was always present.
We had a food allergy that prevented us from having some of our first choices, but Milan and staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to sample other dishes that might be new favorites for us in the future. Very memorable dinner. We can’t wait to go back very soon.
Unbelievable how bad our experience was. Terrible service, average to below average food. Crazy, unjustified expensive.
New Yorks were unevenly cut and cooked. Requested a peppercorn crust on my filet, and got "extra sear" but no better. Server says "thats weird" and walked away!.
Charging for Amuse Bouche we didn't want or order? Who does that??
Wine list is ok, but only if you want to pay above $300. the lowest price is $99, and prices are marked up more than any other restaurant I've seen. I know my wine.
Will never go back. No wonder the place is almost empty. treat customers like they don't matter, and rely on snooty servers isn't going to make a great outcome.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday and every staff member wished him happy birthday which is a nice touch. We ordered the haystack tomahawk. It’s prepared at your table and is delicious! We shared the 24kt sundae and enjoyed the piece of birthday cake they brought out for him as well; gluttonous but so worth it! We had an incredible dinner!!!
Had to ask for the complimentary French fries; first time I have had this happen. Ordered an appetizer that did not arrive. I have seen better service. Disappointed.
The staff is superb. Andrew the manager was beyond professional and just provided the BEST experience.
I ordered the Australian wagyu medium rare it came well done. I don't order toppings or anything so it lacked salt. My girlfriend who was celebrating a birthday got fillet mignon which was really though but cooked perfectly. The service was pretty good but towards the end it started lacking until we got the bill.
The fries, that are a starter gift from the chef, were wonderful and the coconut curry soup was delicious, but the prices were way over what the quality of the food was.
Extremely pricey, nice place
All the re
Our first time here. After reading reviews our expectations were very high and it didn’t disappoint. My wife and I wanted a quiet evening
Our sever Zach was attentive but not overly so. He periodically checked with us and was excellent
We will return when the opportunity presents itself.
Wonderful service and filet was wonderful!
Great dinning experience! From the drinks at the bar to the service and food at our table, top notch!
We had a reservation and still had to wait. No one spoke to us to tell us it would be soon or anything.
We did not get menu's until the server came almost 10 min after we sat down.
The food was outrageously expensive and you had to pay extra for a side otherwise you got a hunk of meat on a plate by itself.
So you pay $65 plus for a steak and they do not come with side(s)
We got their signature desert and it was horrible. Fake chocolate aftertaste.
The only redeeming factor was the waiter.
He was very nice and attentive.
It was my birthday and we got a sample of potstickers which were amazing! Also a little birthday desert which was also fantastic.
Over all it was way too loud, seating was poorly laid out and it was just a clumsy attempt at trying to be fancy.
Definitely NOT worth the money. I mean who serves a hunk of steak on a plate with no paired vegetables or sides. For what you pay it should be included.
Hostess staff sub par.
Again our waiter was amazing. I think Steven or Christopher was his name not sure. He was from Wisconsin. But, amazing service from him!
We had a great dinner sitting at the bar. Fantastic service. Perfect steak and potato and asparagus.
Hi end, memorable dinner. Property is beautiful.
Great food enjoyed our dinner
Milan was an incredible waiter - friendly, charismatic, knowledgeable, interesting and good fun. He definitely added to our evening and overall experience.
Wow! The food was Amazing!!! I loved the shellfish appetizer and the traditional Saturn cocktails. We also got the Pineapple dessert and espresso margarita which were wonderful to end the night.
Wonderful evening. Great food and thanks for sharing your recommendations
Disaster with unfortunate surprises.
Upon arrival at our table, the room was so noisy and crowded we were unable to have a conversation between ourselves. It was so crowded, one of the guest’s chair backs touched our table. Considering the COVID situation we were surprised an upscale restaurant such as this would allow this. We asked to be seated in a more open area which they accommodated.
The menu prices were substantially higher than on the restaurant’s web site which we viewed earlier that day. In discussing with the server, he informed that beef prices have gone up during the past few weeks. He said I guess they have not updated their web site.
Since this was our anniversary dinner celebration, the server said they would like us to have a complimentary glass of champagne for our special time. We agreed that would be nice.
When expecting bread at our table as most other upscale establishments we were served what tasted like frozen French fries.
I ordered Caesar salad with no cheese on top. It came loaded with cheese so one could hardly see the lettuce.
I will say our entrees were wonderful.
When were presented with the check, we were charged for the champagne.
It was good to see the charges were removed for the champagne when the check was again presented. Gave our credit card to the server. He returned the check to the table and left us alone for us to sign for charges. There was no pen. I had to ask another server walking by if we could use her pen.
I guess we will not be returning to the restaurant.
It was good I just don’t think what we paid was worth the price.
