Amazing gourmet food, beautiful venue and very professional and attentive staff. We had a world class meal and experience which was followed by a world class bill! This restaurant is in The Essex House on Central Park South, so I wasn’t surprised. Expensive but worth it.

Our server was cold and unfriendly. For the money it was not great…Especially when compared to the Nashville location which we go to which is far better in all ways.

James and Aldo service were excellent Thank you Cristian and Brianne!!! Especially Marcela came over to my table I never forget her excellent hospitality each time I visited JW Essex house. Love the new approach of this new restaurant. The theme and atmosphere is amazing. Cozy ambiance. Great service Well staffed 👍🏼👍🏼 Delicious food !!! Valet parking staff are courteous and polite

I would have given it 5 Stars across the board, but the noise level is unbearable. This is due, in part, by the constant and very loud base drums coming through their sound system. The 25-35 Y.O. Somethings (who make up most of the clientelle) constantly have to scream at each other to overcome the "music." Food's great, decor gorgeous, prices what you'd expect but the noise level totaly offsets it all. If you're a hotel guest, I suggest you have your meal sent to your room where, hopefully, you have a great view of Central Park and can enjoy it pease and quiet.

This was my second experience dining here and my Mom’s first. I brought her here to celebrate her birthday and she enjoyed every second of it. Food was delicious and the ambience was beautiful with amazing service. I highly recommend and we will be back cheers🥂
