Amazing quality food and rare bourbon. What else can you ask for. Don't think I saw a single employee not wearing their mask. Excellent service and food.

The filet was to die for. Everyone in our party had a similar experience and cannot stop talking about the flavor/foodie experience we had at Bourbon Steakhouse.

Our experience was excellent! The best Miso Halibut, tender Filet cooked to the right temperature. Potatoes puree, three mushrooms, Caesar salad, Brussel sides were delicious! Great staff- greeting everyone, and an attentive server, Clayton, made the dining experience a very pleasurable one. One of our best dining experiences. Wish we had room for dessert. It was wonderful to be out, and they had masks and socially distant tables. GREAT OVERALL dinning experience.
We had an amazing night and a outstanding meal at Bourbon Steak. Clayton was our server and he was kind, courteous and pleasant. Clayton and the other staff were there at ever moment we needed them with a great attitude! The bartender made some great selections of bourbon to try and we loved the Rabbit Hole they had so much we ended up picking up a bottle for the house. All the food was amazing and put a nice big smile on our faces as we spent five hours talking, laughing and having a great time! The Sommelier was great also and provided us with some perfectly paired Port and Meridian to go with dessert! This was one of the best meals we have had in a very long time. Thank you Bourbon Steak and Staff!

Fantastic experience - as always. Been here a half dozen times and it’s always different, but familiar, and always high quality. They do an amazing job of recommending pairings if that’s your thing, or let you order to enhance your experience if that’s your thing. Food is always top notch and done pretty perfect. Cant think of a negative since I’ve been coming here.

Our reservation was for outdoor seating. We arrived within 5 min of our reservation and we were made to wait for close to 30 min to be seated... Indoors. What's the point of the reservation if you cannot accommodate? There were people that came with no resi that got seated around the same time as us (larger party as well.)

Wonderful ambiance, but the service was pretty terrible. Our waitress was not friendly at all and was extremely dismissive when I was inquiring about what kind of cocktail I wanted to get.
The food was extremely mediocre, especially at that price. I think the creamed spinach was the worst dish that we ordered, literally no one at the table liked it. I have no desire to return here.

They just started indoor dining and kept the parties well spaced. Service was excellent. We were checked on several times and special requests for menu items were gladly accepted. Everyone was given a complimentary started of french fries with different seasonings and sauces. It was a nice touch. They have a full bar. I had a delicious halibut with bok choy served in a bowl but they also offer a warm plate to transfer the dish if one prefers. I think this place is known for it's steaks, but my husband and I each ordered a fish dish. Next time we will try the steaks.

The only thing that was good on the menu was the steak, mushrooms and spinach was watery. I honestly was looking for a great experience but our waiter disappeared

I was taking clients out for a celebration dinner. We were seated right away and it was great to be inside dining. We went with an open mind as the inside dining had just opened up due to pandemic. Once we were seated we were served cocktails fairly quickly. Wine specialist was very attentive and great personality. My husband and client ordered specialty drinks and they enjoyed them along with the complimentary duck fries and sauces. We ordered the Tuna tartare and spring rolls to get started and they were both Delicious. 4 of us shared two steaks, we were in a hotel and did not want leftovers and one person ordered their own. New York steak is enough for 2. They were perfect and melted in our mouth. For sides we had puréed potatoes, Mac and cheese, Brussels (by far the best out of the four) and mushrooms. Mushrooms lacked flavor, mac and cheese was watery, and the puréed potatoes were just awful. Brussel sprouts were probably one of the best brussels sprouts I’ve had in a restaurant. Dessert we had Crème brûlée which I do not recommend , and some type of fudge brownie which was excellent.
Where they dropped the ball was in service. She was not very informative and went MIA after the meals were served and we had to hunt her down for desserts and then the checks. The restaurant was not packed at all and with a price tag of almost $1000 I do expect better service.
I don’t think we will go back again. To many other great steak houses out their with excellent service.
Perfectly cooked porterhouse for two. West coast oysters were delicious but some shell fragments. Wonderful to eat inside again; tables set far apart in a beautiful room, gorgeously lit.
It was excellent to get back inside on a super cold evening for dining. Service was perfect (we really enjoyed interacting with Guiseppe, our server, and so appreciated his knowledge of the menu and the wines). The food and drinks were delicious.
The only issue, as has been the case during covid times, is other diners. There was a table that must have thought they were in a Waffle House, because they were speaking and screaming at levels that would have been loud in a night club. Additionally, one got up and started dancing at her table and lifting her leg on the table. It was remarkable. They also would not wear masks when going to another table to socialize or when heading to and from the bathrooms/exits.
To the restaurant's credit, they tried to calm them, but it was futile. If we'd have been going out to see a low-rent show in a place like this, it might have been fine, but it was just super annoying.
Still, this is easily one of the best experiences in the area and is ALWAYS recommended!

Service was very slow. It took awhile for someone to take our order and the food was served really late. We decided to take our dessert to go because it was getting late.

Everything was amazing. We ordered off of the Dine LA menu; filet mignon, ceasar salad & root beer float and apple tart as well as the duck egg rolls. Everything was amazing. The duck and complimentary fries were great. Filet melted in our mouth. The apple tart was whatever. We were given a complimentary dessert as well for my S.O’s birthday something with a bourbon sauce. Simply amazing. I don’t recall our waiter’s name but the staff from the hostesses to the waiter was absolutely amazing. Bourbon was my idea and he said it was fantastic.
I highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back especially when indoor dining is finally available!
We went during Dine LA so our meal was more affordable. And because of the savings, we were able to order a bottle of wine, a side of Mac and Cheese and foie gras toppings for our steak.
We dined outside so the ambiance was really nice. Staff were all wearing both mask and face shield.
The service and food was amazing.They treated us and our pup like kings.We will be back!

Great service, very good food, excellent beverages, but pricy... A nice splurge.
Outstanding service. Very inviting menu. However, I felt that the seasoning was off. I ordered ribeye, which was spot on for temperature but seemed to want a bit more salt. I did enjoy the sun home soup which was complemented by the mushrooms. I also thought the beet salad wanted a stronger cheese like goat instead of ricotta which seemed to fade to back and did not contribute to flavor.
So happy they are open again! Such great food and great service.
