The Grand Reopening of Bourbon Smokehouse seemed to be very successful. Tables were filled and a well attended birthday party was happening. Our table chose the ribs and pulled pork sandwich, all of which were very tasty. Hope to return in the future. Outdoor dining also available.

Save yourself the trip!!! I made a reservation on OpenTable, but they don’t check it and didn’t prepare for our party. I did use the bathroom, and it looked like someone got sick in the toilet and didn’t flush it. We tried to order beers and they were out of 3 of our choices. When we did receive our beers, they were slightly colder than room temperature—-not what you expect a *cold* beer to be. Then we tried to order food with the intention to order ribs. Out of our party, 5 of us wanted ribs, but more disappointing news—they only had a full rack left, and a few spare bones. One thing to note, is that we were the first to arrive when they opened, so they opened without even having ribs on hand. The ribs were dry, the brisket was dry and tasteless, and the “half chicken” that was ordered turned out to be a large chicken breast only. Where was the rest of the chicken?? Ridiculous prices for what you get, especially when the menu said “half chicken.” Sides are á la carte; when buying a meal no sides were included. The Mac and cheese was terrible. It was dry and looked over-microwaved. The baked beans could have come out a can—average at best. The coleslaw was ok.. but that’s really hard to mess up. The terrible meal was over, and maybe thankfully—the “boss didn’t bring any dessert today.” If there were any dessert to be had, it probably would have just been another failed freezer to oven disaster. In summary: if there is absolutely no other place in the world to eat—- I suppose you go... but really you shouldn’t.

It was our first time at this restaurant. They were out of a lot of food that was listed on the menu and no one was in the restaurant except for one other table sitting outside. They didn’t have ribs nor did they have chicken tenders. Seemed so bizarre because they were clearly not busy. It was a Sunday at 630.

1st time- lots of room, fast service, and typical BBQ fair. Husband enjoyed the brisket, and I the pulled pork. Smoked broccoli was very unique, and loved smokey buttery taste. Nice selection of bourbons & cocktails, but nothing extraordinary with pricing or offerings.

Somehow I was able to make a reservation on a Monday....they are closed on Mondays. Not sure if it is the restaurant or OpenTable to blame

I would recommend passing on this restaurant, there’re much better barbeques place then this one.

no beers on tap, beef brisket was overdone, fries were cold except one plate of fries that were delivered separately, overall disappointed one and done

Nice atmosphere. Ribs were good. My wife had the pulled pork and Mac and cheese and really liked. Look forward to trying the brisket next visit.
