   Unremarkable experience. Met the basic criteria. Food was served warm, not hot, and we felt had been under a light for a while. Salad was good and loved my bourbon drink. Parking is for a fee, not much though be aware.

   Food was very slow being served. One entree was served while we had to wait for other entree Waitress was excellent. Tried very hard but all I all things were slow. Very disappointed.

    When we arrive at Bourbon Prime, Serena always acknowledges our arrival with a professional and friendly welcome. She is one of the reasons that we continue to return to Bourbon Prime when we are in Morgantown. No matter how hectic and busy the restaurant may be, Serena never fails to smile and welcome guests, as well as assist staff where needed. Kylie provided us with excellent and friendly service. She professionally answered our food and beverage questions and was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. The restaurant was exceptionally busy that evening, however, Kylie stopped by our table frequently to inquire if we needed anything. Kylie was great. The food at Bourbon Prime is always delicious and the menu is diverse and creative.

    We enjoy the excellent service and exceptional staff at Bourbon Prime and always look forward to our return visits. The Bourbon Prime menu is creative and the food is delicious. Our sincere thanks to the talented Chef and kitchen staff. We would like to extend our appreciation to the staff person who greeted us and was professional and welcoming and took us to our booth. We are sorry we didn’t have an opportunity to get her name. Ali, our server, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding some of the “new” menu selections.     The ambiance is nice. In the open air lobby area at the Marriott. We waited a long time for our server to greet us and receive water. The appetizer was good, not great or worth the price. The entrees were cold and not great quality. Really not impressed whatsoever.

    Went for dinner and It was just ok. It was good, but just good, not great or anything near what you would think for the price. I don’t think it’s worth the prices at all but I guess you are paying for convenience of not leaving the hotel. People we very nice and service was good. Going to see if breakfast is better/worth the price.

    Overall our meal was very good. The only ding is that one part of one meal was not good. But first the positive parts: The service and ambiance were very good. The patio overlooking the river is lovely for drinks or a meal. The drinks were delicious, including the “Love Martini.” Our diners report that the NY strip steak was perfectly cooked; the sides were good. The burgers were tasty and nicely cooked; not perfect but still good. The small Caesar salads seemed like large salads and plenty of shaved Parmesan. They could have used more dressing (which is easily resolved). The only problem meal was the fish tacos. The mahi mahi was not recognizable as fish and tasted like cardboard. It was in dried out little cubes that must have been frozen too long or who knows. I’m still giving the food three stars, however, as the rest of the taco components were quite flavorful, including the melon salsa. We did not complain as we simply wanted to enjoy our evening out and our company, so we cannot speak to how Bourbon Prime would have resolved the issue if we had. All in, an enjoyable meal and we would go back.

    My wife and I made reservations for Sunday brunch. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't busy but we weren't greeted by a hostess for several minutes. Once we were seated and asked if we would like to have any coffee or drinks we asked for bloody mary's. Our server advised us that they didn't have a bartender working that morning and nobody else could make the drinks because the alcohol was locked up and nobody had a key. Really? This restaurant is located in probably the nicest hotel in Morgantown and was previously owned and operated under a few different names. We left and walked to Table 9, just a two minute walk on the riverfront from Bourbon Prime. Table 9 was excellent and had great bloody mary's!

    We ordered the 14oz. New York strip medium, with garlic smashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The steak came out so rare it was blue in the middle, with tendon in the center, definitely wasn’t a prime steak. The brussel sprouts were so salty it made them inedible. It was our first time there, definitely not a good dining experience. The wait staff was very slow. We had the short rib tacos for appetizer, they were the best part of the whole meal.

    The atmosphere was great. The food, especially the Philly cheesesteak spring rolls, was phenomenal. And our server Allen was fantastic. And the price was perfect for the quality of food and drinks.

    Food and service was good- no complaints. Parking is a bit to plan for (parking structure and walking over). Only fyi is the noise from a hotel lobby environment along with the bar… kids sports teams where hanging in the lobby being very loud but it was still fine.
