Perfect.. love the patio dining
Very good. I would definitely go back. Good food for a good value.
Bourbon Grill invokes some Nostalgia to those who remember dining at the old Steaksmith. The food was well prepared, as our group order a mixture of seafood and steaks. The lobster and king crab were wonderfully prepared, however, the steaks did not come back to our desired temperatures (rare and medium rare, but more medium well ).
Otherwise, the food is well seasoned and the occupying sides were wonderful. I would highly suggest their mushroom caps, the lobster and king crab.
We ate in the bar area, tables spaced. The whole restaurant is immaculate. The service was very good, better than it was before the Covid closing.
We had our usual- spinach balls and Bourbon burger - delicious!
We ate here just before our Governor imposed no dine-in restrictions. Although it wasn't as busy as usual, we observed all of the safety precautions one could hope for in this time of crisis. Tables had been removed so all parties were spaced out, paper menus, gloves on servers and runners, wiping down of all surfaces, including chairs between diners.
Food was outstanding, as always and our server, Bo, was friendly and accomodating, as always.
Once the restrictions are lifted, we will be back to dine - in the meantime, we will order take-out!
Nice meal. Good for families or groups. Very nice staff.
Good food and service. Decor could use sone updating. First time diners, will return.
Excellent food and service. The manager even came by a couple of times and checked on everyone in the dining room. Steaks and salmon perfectly cooked. Loved the fresh raspberry pie.
The entree was delicious - salmon was excellent; Brussels sprouts were beyond superb! The starter, calamari, was a disappointment - 95% batter. Actually, I couldn’t locate any calamari tidbits in the batter. Dessert, chocolate cake, was excellent. Altogether, it was a good meal.
Great food, great staff, great value!

Our steak and salmon was cooked perfectly! We ordered "medium" and the outside had a nice sear and inside was tender and moist! Hostess, server, and manager were so customer friendly. Very nice atmosphere, and delicious food!
A red flag regarding any prospective dining experience is the number of diners. In this case, we arrived at 6:15 to a dining room with only two diners. When we left around 7, there were four, including the original two. This restaurant could be a neighborhood gem -- the food is good; several poor experiences during this visit, though, explained the nearly empty dining room.
The food at Bourbon Grill was great and our waiter Bo is friendly and provides great services.
Best steak and appertizers
A very nice restaurant. Very balanced menu,, and food superior. Venue attractive. Service was the high point, pleasant and professional.
Lovely spot, attentive service, good food. Had the spinach cheese balls, nachos, french
First time we had dinner here at the Bourbon Grill. We were here for my Stepfathers 90th BDay celebration. The service was outstanding! The food was to die for! We had fish, prime rib, filet and lobster, and New York strip...... the food all came out at once and each dish was made to perfection and all were hot. Btw, we also had appetizers, oysters on the half shell are fresh and delicious! The stuffed pepper appetizer is amazing! This place rocks! The Manhattan is definitely a go to drink here for me!! Enjoy!!!
We were there for a birthday dinner, and the birthday person wanted prime rib.
We arrived at 6:45 pm and ordered a little after 7:00 pm....the waitress came
back after taking our order and said they were out of prime rib.
A steak place. At 6:45 pm. Out of prime rib. Ridiculous.
We substituted another steak. It took forever to get our food.
The steaks were over done.
Not impressed with this place and would not recommend.
We had previously visited the Grill. We didn't have a good experience the food was not good, raw fish or over cooked items. We heard that the Chef from the Steaksmith was back at the grill. So we decided to give it one more chance. Bad decision, our meat was tough and hard, which made it hard to chew and cut. The highlight if the meal was the salad and bread. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Nice and relaxing for a Tuesday. Great service, surf and turf done very well, dessert was delicious!
First time at Bourbon Grill for one person and repeat visit for two. Was a night of celebration and perfect place to do it. Drinks hit the spot. Enjoyed appetizers almost too much! Salads were yummy. Loved our meal choices. Took home leftovers! Didn't have room for dessert. Super evening!
Our waitstaff was distracted by a large party, and she largely ignored us. When we did interact with her, she was curt, even dour. She may well have been having a bad night but the impact of her attitude was that we all enjoyed our experience a great deal less than we might have. Other staff were very kind and did their best to make up for her attitude. The food was middling: the ahi was tasteless, the wedge salad drowning in dressing, the pork chops and beet salad were fine. We were surprised and disappointed, given the great reviews here.
Extra slow service. Had to ask what is taking so long to which they had NO answer. Caesar salads were terrible, with hardly any dressing and no flavor. The baked potatoes were not even hot so the butter never melted.(all three of them) I asked how thick the pork chop was and he said over an inch and a half. Well a half inch was more like it. Would never recommend this place as it looks like a bowling alley restaurant. Also, as I have been involved in the bourbon barrel industry the last 45 years, their bar is a sad excuse for a bar that features bourbon! Save your time and money and pick another place. Any place!!
Great place with great menu! Staff was exceptional will definitely be back!
Food was excellent and wait staff were very attentive and professional.
Our waitress Janie was the highlight of our night. The food was fine, the atmosphere was fine. I doubt I'll ever go back just to have a fine experience for that kind of price.
Food and service was awesome. A nice restaurant with great views and a great ambiance.
Good and service was great.
I have used this venue numerous times for family events and the service and food are reliable and very good. I must say that the service on this occasion was superior. It is always very good but this time was exceptional!
All I wanted for my birthday dinner was a delicious steak, and that's exactly what I got at Bourbon Grill. It was cooked perfectly and was soooo tasty! Our server was wonderful. The creme brulee was slightly underwhelming, as it tasted a bit "egg-y" and not as creamy as usual. Flavor was still good, and of course we ate all of it. I know this is a steakhouse, but a few more vegetarian options would be nice considering that my husband is a vegetarian and would be more willing to go back with me if there were more options for him. Looking forward to going back!
Good food and service. A friendly place with straight forward menu, lots of choices, and everything well prepared.
Our waiter was great! Funny, nice, good all around. Food was ok. Filet came the way we order it. Other people at the table liked their food.
Waitstaff was not around. Food was decent but not for the price. Bigger groups (we had 10) had a plastic fold out picnic table. Manager was helpful and did get mostly all of our drinks. We were there for 2 and a half hours due to slow to no service.
The food was great. The portions were a good size. The steak could have been thicker
Every one of my food items was wrong. I asked for no onion or tomato on my salad and a side od chipotle ranch. No ranch and onion and tomato on my salad. I asked for fried shrimp got grilled shrimp. Asked for baked potato didn't get it. Had to remind them about it. That was the best part of my meal. Very disappointed.
Food was good the service was lacking. Took a while to get our food but was good when we got it. We asked the waitress twice for water (never got any). A gentleman noticed we needed bread and brought us some (one loaf for 5 people isn't enough). Waitress never came around to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted desert. We had to ask a gentleman if we could see one and he brought us a couple but the waitress never came to our table to ask if we wanted any! It was my daughter's 50th Birthday and I wish she could of had a better experience. I would recommend the Bourbon Grill for the food but make sure they ask for a male server.
Food was good, although one persons food was not very warm, the rest were hot. Service excellent. Green Chile soup really good. The big negative was the strong smell of chlorine that lingered in the dining room; health club next door. Took a long time to get used to the strong odor so it needs to be addressed, although waiter didn’t smell it anymore after working there so long. So the smell is unlikely to ever be corrected.
My husband and I went to Bourbon Grill to celebrate my birthday. I always think that
this restaurant shows consistency in their food flavor. We enjoyed our dinners of scallops
for me and chicken enchiladas for my husband. I especially enjoyed the mushroom soup
that came with the scallops. Both servings were quite filling. As it was my birthday we
received a dessert that was a wonderful end to the meal. This is a good value and very
comfortable setting for dinner.
Food was good and well priced. Service was very good!
The food was terrible. I had a petite filet and lobster tail. The lobster tail was dry and tasteless. My glass was dirty and was readily exchanged. Service was good and pleasant, but I do not plan to return nor will I recommend it.
