Unfortunately, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. My wife ordered the salmon, which was excellent. I ordered the filet mignon, which arrived completely raw and unseasoned. The server noticed how raw it was and asked if I would like it to be corrected… They took my entire plate back to the kitchen—including all the sides—and it took another 20 minutes for the replacement to arrive - STILL WITHOUT THE STEAK. Three minutes later, the steak arrived on a separate plate. By that time, my wife had already finished her meal and our table had been cleared. I was left eating my dish at a bare table. We decided to order dessert, hoping to salvage the experience, but when the bill came, we were shocked to see that nothing had been comped—not even a small gesture to acknowledge the major issue with the meal. I politely brought this up to the owner at the table. Rather than apologize or show any understanding, he argued with me—insisting the steak was fine and that they had “temp checked” it and he thought it was fine (I like a rare steak, it was cold and still mooing) and that they simply wanted everything to come out at once. He returned with a revised bill that removed only 15% from the price of the steak. When I explained that most restaurants would at least leave the sides and just refire the steak—especially given the delay—he doubled down, saying, “Well, this is a steakhouse, and we gave you a new steak.” He completely missed the point: the timing was unacceptable, the portion was noticeably small, and the service lacked any empathy or accountability. What could have been a simple kitchen hiccup turned into a frustrating, uncomfortable experience due to the owner’s unprofessional and defensive response. We had been willing to give the place another try, based on my wife’s dish. But after the poor service and the owner’s unwillingness to take responsibility, we will absolutely not be returning. In addition to all this, the overall food was mediocre.

Overall, it was a great experience. Second time in the last two weeks. Very consistent in both preparation and presentation and to add to that, pretty frackin delicious. You have to try the risotto, it’s really really good! Keep up the great work Team Bourbon Creek!

This was a new place that try. Are party had halibut with risotto which was really good. The only thing was the halibut was a bit overcooked in the thick piece of the fish. One person had the maple glazed pork chop and loved it. Very clean and nice ambiance. Very limited parking. Would go again.

Online reservation system was down but still allowed us to book. The host staff accommodated us anyway and kept us up to date on why our table and food was late. Very noisy, good drinks, food was very salty but otherwise okay. Would like to try one more time before ruling this place out.

We gave Bourbon Creek a try while they were wrapping up their soft launch and they did not disappoint. The specialty cocktails were delicious and unique, which my husband and I love. The mushroom appetizer has a peppercorn sauce. They were delicious but too peppery for our taste, but in general good flavor of the mushrooms. My husband had a steak and I ordered the halibut. The steak was delish, but the steak sauce was very ketchupy (not a word but best descriptor). Halibut had good flavor, the risotto was creamy and decadent, but it was missing the mushrooms that the menu states it has and the fish could have used a sauce. It ate a tad dry. Overall enjoyable food and atmosphere and we will be back.

Went there for lunch on Easter Sunday and everything was great! The restaurant was lovely, our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious! We will definitely be going back!

Came in a Thursday the First week or so this restaurant has been open. Very busy. The wait for food was a little long but that was to be expected. Great service and really good food. Started w/ fried Brussels sprouts and blistered shishitos both came out hot and delicious! I ordered a 10oz Filet that came out super tender and cooked to my specifications. Ate the whole tasty plate! Will definitely come back. Excited to have an upscale eatery in the area. Beats Applebees and the other chains!

Food was not worth the price you pay. Steak was over cooked, lobster undercooked, sides seasoning was poor and some undercooked. Except more for the cost. Everyone was nice and attentive.

My expectations weren’t met by any means during my first and only visit. The place had very little ambiance, no character inside. Very loud, with no music. Friday night meant it was very busy and the staff seemed unprepared. Wait times were over 1 hour for food, but failed to give us any heads up. Prices were crazy. Rough. Hoped for a better experience from a new spot in town but I don’t expect them to last long in this location.
