We had a wonderful time people watching and eating amazing food. Our main server was a tad overwhelmed with a bigger table so we felt like we were waiting a little too long for drinks (15 minutes). Other than that everything was perfect.

Brad was awesome and the service and food were phenomenal! I highly recommend the wagyu 10 oz rib cap and the 26 oz bone-in ribeye!

This place is perfect for a date or special occasion and the staff know the menu and make great recommendations like Brad did!

Definately will be back and I hope that Brad is working!

Had another fantastic dinner! Cocktails, Caesar salad and New York strips. Perfect-dessert and a really nice glass of wine. Dan the GM is always so professional and pleasant and our server Brad was on top of his game as before. We'll be back, and if you haven't gone you should.

I had been hesitant to go to B+B bc it was pretty pricey for a steak and I make a mean steak. But it was restaurant week, which is when I try all the restaurants that I wanted to try. So, I had the bacon wrapped filet and my wife had the salmon. a salad and dessert. The bacon wrapped filet was just what a bacon wrapped filet should be. But, I can do that. I fancy myself a great salmon preparer, but their salmon was better. Really great. I’d go back for that. The place is cool and the open walls is great to watch scottsdale. Very cool and great vibe. A Ferrari drove up and parked actress the street and I had a great view. Nice. I had wine which was fine. My wife enjoyed her cocktail. The wine and cocktails are a little pricey compared to equivalent options at other high end restaurants but they were solid. I would come back for a cocktail and hang out at the bar too.

Outstanding service from the general manager to our server. Perfectly mixed drinks, fabulous food, gorgeous atmosphere. Pricey but no more than one should expect for the location and the food.

My Imperial Old Fashioned was the best part of our dinner. The service was wonderful and we loved the ambiance. The food is good, but not worth the high price. The salads were okay, but kind of boring. My bacon-wrapped filet was decent, but lukewarm, had no sear, and a bit bland. My partner's beef short rib was small and dry. There are too many other good steakhouses around to come here.

An incredible experience which obviously is the creation of their manager DAN. From the moment you arrive, you feel like family. The service is exceptional along with the food. The staff definitely reflects Dan's philosophy of "if you are just satisfying your guest, you are not doing enough!". The staff constantly OVER-SATISFIES their guests. It begins with an incredible polite parking lot attendants and simply never ends only to precipitate a "WOW" what a great experience Bourbon & Bones was. We are looking forward to returning.

Too loud. Ambiance was upscale business, not a date place. Requested wine not available. No discount offered on comparable wine. Waitress’s skirt so short you could see butt cheeks. Looked very unprofessional.

The wine priced at $25. a glass was likely a $9 bottle, and my $65 steak that was supposed to be medium rare was burned and bitter on the outside / tough and stringy on the inside as well as undercooked. POOR QUALITY MEAT positively had been FROZEN in the past. For the $326. dinner I paid - NEXT TIME I will go to Morton’s or Maestro’s where it’s WORTH that price.

Holy balls. The wine, impeccable. Crab cakes, superb. Beef carpaccio, divine. 32oz tomahawk ribeye with bone marrow butter, sublime. Seared fois gras, sinful. Bacon and bourbon glazed Brussels sprouts, insane. Truffle parmigiana fries, perfection. Key lime cheesecake, otherworldly. Finished it off with a Suntory Whisky from Japan. I will travel back to Arizona just to eat here.

We visited for our first time last evening for birthday dinner. The service was good. We ordered the dates and didn’t finish them, the blue cheese wasn’t warm and the bacon was chewy and white on the inside. I ordered scallops which were just ok, and my husband ordered a 10oz filet. It was lacking flavor and seasoning severely, even with the add on of truffle butter. It seems their menu was trying to be similar to Mastros, but for a small difference in price, we will stick to there.

Appetizers were good but entrees were mediocre. I got a bone in ribeye and it was very chewy. My daughter got lamb chops and they were not good at all. Husband had salmon and he was not impressed. Way over priced for quality of food.

We often go to Bourbon & Bones. On average at least 20-25 times. Many of those times we sat in the high-top area with the same waitress. I find it odd the hostesses typically remember us but the waitress never has. While that isn’t as important as the quality of the food, it would be nice to be remembered when we make your establishment the place we spend holidays, anniversaries, etc. Not to mention, we typically recommend this restaurant to our friends when they are visiting.

The last time we dined with you, the filet contained a good portion of fat. While I’ve eaten at almost all of the steak places through the Valley, this was new. I felt the quality was in some ways lacking.

The change in overall quality seems to have diminished over the last few months. I hope you return to the high standards you had when you first opened the restaurant.

We live near you and have many choices to dine, yet we’ve been loyal. You are fortunate with the endless flow of tourists. Since we are locals, we would appreciate it if we were not treated like we are tourists as well.

Server was pleasant.
Ordered Caesar salad. Not enough dressing , I sat a while trying to attract a server . Finally asked another for more dressing. He didn’t bring it , finally got our guy- had the bus boy bring it. Just dropped it down in the middle of table . — rude.
Four of us dining - my wife’s filet came cold and they brought me a petite filet when I ordered a bone in filet.
The meats were too heavily salted.
They did comp my steak to make amends.
They don’t compare to the other well known steak houses in the area

We had a reservation and so we were surprised when the hostess plunked us down in the middle of the restaurant behind a big noisy table especially when most the booths by the windows were open. We asked for a booth and the hostess rolled her eyes and stuck us at the back against the wall. Again, why not the window? Thankfully our fabulous server Tina came over and immediately moved us to a lovely booth at the window. This improved the mood and the food. Other good booths by windows remained empty all night so I am not sure what was going on. Do they have a policy use up the crappy tables first? It was a head scratcher. In any case, we liked the food and if you land there, be sure to sit in Tina's section.

Just over-priced for what you get. That's the bottom line. Not special, bordering on too loud, decent ambiance, good service. Vastly over-priced. The company was paying but our bill was the same as a wonderful dinner at the Water Bar in San Francisco - except we only had half the people at this dinner.

Quickly becoming our favorite place. This time I took my daughter and granddaughter for Happy Hour. Note: no Happy Hour menu on weekends. But there were enough great appetizers to suffice! And the Mate Margarita was divine (the foam on top was like icing on a cake). Terrific servers, more visits from the "Boss", Dan. Lots of laughs and just a great night! I usually don't like Hi-tops because the seats are uncomfortable , but these are comfy and easy to navigate. Noisy but SO fun!

Not a good choice for dining unless you want a sausage fest!! Ambience is lacking given the location... felt like we were in a renovated corner IHOP restaurant. Food was good. Service mediocre. We went there with three couples, & we could hardly converse with one another. We will not be going back to this restaurant when in Scottsdale. Very disappointing! It seemed like every table in the place was packed with men of varying ages who were out after playing golf or guys night out or bachelor party. No thanks. We will stick with the Mastro’s locations or Ocean 44 for good steakhouse.
