Scallops should have been a bit warmer. The “pick your own knife” thing is weird; i don’t want to make that decision; you bring me a knife that is right for what i ordered. All-in-all, though, this is a great place to eat. My NY strip was perhaps the best I’ve ever had, and the Brussels sprouts were superb. Pricey, but not so much that you feel cheated.
Awesome service, knowledge on the bourbons was incredible and food was excellent!
Everything was perfect! My wife and I both had the filet which was flavorful and cooked exactly as ordered. The brussel sprouts were awesome! The only blemish in the evening was that they were out of the creme brûlée, but really didn’t need that anyway.
Went to a family birthday dinner here while on vacation.
Brad was our server and he was excellent.
My steak was over cooked and he agreed. He replaced my steak very quickly and it was perfect. He also saved the night as it is never good to have everyone else eating while you wait...Well done...

The vibe is great! Both times we have been here, it is very busy which isn't a problem, although I will say it is loud. We were seated at a high top. We had reservation. Our server was amazing, so helpful. She even offered me a taste of one of their speciality drinks because I could not decide between Old Fashioned & Manhattan. Picked OF and it was very tasty, assuming you like OF. Downside they were out of short ribs, husband disappointed. He ended up with the pork shank which was delicious & chopped salad.....no steak tonight They have many seafood options, Scallops were perfect. Brussel sprout side was also amazing. It is a pricey, you get what you pay for. B&B has many other food options if you do not eat steak, if you do you will have fantastic choices. The toppings they have for the steaks could make a person want to order a steak.
Tortuous. Music was loud and pounding bass. Impossible to converse. Food pretty pedestrian. Very happy to leave.

We were on vacation and when we asked people where to get a good steak, Bourbon and Bones was recommended. Plus it’s a great location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Menu selection is good and our steaks, filet mignon, New York Strip were amazing! Filets could be almost cut with a fork and flavor was delish! We shared the mashed potatoes, loaded baked potato and asparagus and those were all very good as well! We would recommend it and will definitely dine there again the next time we are In Scottsdale! Waitress was very attentive and genuine...don’t remember her name but she has an accent ... other wait staff did a great job too!!
We love trying new restaurants. This one was loud and the food was adequate at best. The noise level was nothing short of ridiculous. We screamed to be heard.
You would not have to push the sauces if the steak/pork chops were tender. The sauces camouflaged the tough texture.
Who doesn’t know to CUT THE TOUGH STEMS off the Brussels sprouts?? How could you serve delicious sprouts (They were good) without removing a tough stem? The stems turned the sprouts from delicious to « Edible but I would never recommend them »

Your staff is Outstanding! We were in Old Town for 11 days and dined there 3 times. Excellent every time. Cannot say enough Great things about our experience... thank you!

Good restaurant, nice Scottsdale alternative to Mastro's.
Made a quick reservation for 5:00 on a Friday during high season. Had great service and a good meal. Happy hour menu was a good start then we had a wedge salad and then the seared tuna! Delicious! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I enjoyed our evening. The food was delicious and I appreciated the large selections of Scotch.
Clint was outstanding but I was surprised that the manager did not come over and greet us at the table.
The people are very friendly and food is very good.

Very disappointed. Prime rib was disappointing and the twice baked even worse. The rest of the food was just average. Our waitress was the highlight of this experience.
Sadly very disappointed. Service was poor waiter forgot to bring us our drinks and then didn’t try to offer anything in in place. He tried to constantly upsell us and when asked about lesser priced items seemed to get offended or annoyed. Food was poor. The twice baked potatoes seemed like 10 time baked potatoes. There was a little fluff on top but the rest of the potatoes was completely hard underneath. The vegetable of the day was just very dry burnt cauliflower. The iceberg wedge was small and just more core stem. Prime rib was so so. So be ready to spend possibly a lot of money for subpar experience.

Steaks were okay I had a bone in Ribeye that was pretty good. My wife had a Filet Mingon it was under cooked and had to be sent back and was not the best quality. You could tell it was beaten with a meat tendorizer quite a bit because it was like biting into mush, with no texture.
We will be back!
We really loved the food and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was in a great location too. It’s a bit of
a loud atmosphere but it wouldn’t stop me from going back or recommending it to as a must dine at to friends.
Too young a vibe for me. Main dining room not intimate enough. Too opened to the street. A great deal of alternative lifestyle among staff if you enjoy that atmosphere. Thought it would be more traditional. High energy and vibrant. I'm just an old timer set in my ways. Food was good if not great.
Disappointing. The ambiance and energy are great, the wait staff was excellent but overall, very disappointing. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated immediately but rushed through every moment. The support staff was very attentive but kept tryng to remove food and drinks while they were still being enjoyed. When we asked why, we were told: "I'm just trying to do my job, if I see you not eating/drinking, I'm to remove the plate/drink asap." On top of that, I asked for my Porkchop to be cooked medium. When it arrived, it was raw throughout the middle. I asked to have it cooked further and they did so happily. Unfortunately, when it came out a second time, it was better but still raw in the middle and cold to the touch - not good for pork! Danny, the manager was great, very professional and genuine. Offered to pay for my meal, which I declined, and then told me that the raw center was how "they do medium." THJis restaurant could be so good but...
Seating was nice, waitress was a not very attentive giving the level of the restaurant. Actually got more information from the young man serving our plates and cleaning the table. In the end was asked to move so they could seat a larger group even though we had reservations made over two weeks in advance. Even with these distractions recommend the restaurant as the food was very good with an out of this world list of bourbons and spirits.
The food and service were outstanding. The steaks were some of the best we've ever eaten. Our waiter was very attentive and did a good job of explaining all our dining options. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was good and so was the service. We ate in the dining room which looked like a diner and the noise level was very loud. The bar area had a number of high tops next to open windows. If we dined there again would reserve one of those tables. The bar area had a nicer ambience then the dining room and didn’t seem as loud

An incredible experience which obviously is the creation of their manager DAN. From the moment you arrive, you feel like family. The service is exceptional along with the food. The staff definitely reflects Dan's philosophy of "if you are just satisfying your guest, you are not doing enough!". The staff constantly OVER-SATISFIES their guests. It begins with an incredible polite parking lot attendants and simply never ends only to precipitate a "WOW" what a great experience Bourbon & Bones was. We are looking forward to returning.

My steak was disappointing
Let me start off by saying this place is awesome, I showed up an hour early because I was still on pacific time and they accommodated us by seating us early in an excellent location. The service and the food was awesome can’t wait to go back.
