Over priced and underwhelming. Rib eye was tough and not well seasoned. Filet over seasoned. They made another filet lightly seasoned and it was over cooked. Asked for medium rare and it was charred and more medium well, on the well side. Didn’t want to complain a 2nd time just decided not to go back. Better steaks in other steak houses around the valley. Disappointed, especially because of the pricing. $80 plus dollars for a rib eye ala carte and then offer side sauces that about an ounce starting at $4 each. Steaks are seasoned with salt and pepper only. They are probably hoping you buy the additional side sauces. Better steaks for less at other steakhouses.

Our appreciation dinner was outstanding. Sarah did a great job serving us, and Hayley did an excellent job boxing up our food and keeping our water full. The manager (didn't get name) checked with us to ensure we enjoyed our experience. This was our first time at Bourbon and Bones - Peoria, but it definitely will not be the last.

Best restaurant in the West Valley by far. Who ever trains the staff is amazing. They are so busy, but spot on with excellent service. I recommend you often.

Service was polite, but a little off. Returned my used dirty fork to me for my main dish, then when I had him pick it up, no new fork was provided. I waited for one, but finally got up to take a clean fork from another table. Wine service was spotty, spent over a $100 on a lovely white wine, but no one really checked to see if glasses were empty; would have been better to leave the bottle on the table. It would also be nice to have a different fish and steak option, the menu is getting a little stale. The food is good, but need to do a better job of enticing us to return

We have been for dinner several times and loved it. This was Easter Brunch and felt that the quality of the brunch offerings was not up to what we have experienced from the dinner previously. Lobster on the lobster Benedict was dry - seemed leftover from previous day. Mimosa was not real / fresh orange juice, tasted like orange flavoring. Breakfast potatoes seemed possibly frozen but definitely not freshly made. It wasn’t bad but expected better quality. Would not recommend brunch but service was great and would definitely recommend for dinner.
