I have previously LOVED this place and was excited to go since we had not been in months, but on Wednesday we had a terrible experience. I made a last minute reservation through OpenTable for 5:30pm. My first sign that something was amiss was when I called the business twice but the line was disconnected. Then we arrived at 5:20 and found the lights off and doors locked. We received no communication since and have heard of similar issues from other locals. Hoping things improve!

We were there for nearly an hour and still didn’t have all of our drinks. I’ve been here probably 5 other times, but the menu has changed and is very small and the service was terrible. The manager did let us leave without paying for the drinks we had ordered, but they didn’t seem to really care that we’d been there an hour without getting all of our drinks.

Took 30 minutes to get drinks, which didn’t taste anything like what was ordered. They were out of several items and it was only 5 pm on a Saturday.BTW, if anyone in your party wants a call brand of liquor other than bourbon, they don’t carry any. Only carry well brands. Sliders were dry/over cooked. Liked the fact that they take reservations, but drinks, service and food quality make this place a very poor choice.

While our server was polite, the service was incredibly slow. They were out of half the bourbons on the menu. Our drinks took more than 45 min to arrive and the food took even longer. Def did not live up to expectations and I was not expecting much more than what they call themselves, bourbon and boards.

Very disappointed in the menu was expecting a lot more bourbons. The drinks were watered down and could not taste the alcohol anything on the menu that we liked was unavailable The only memorable experience was our server Lindsay, very professional and spot on. Disappointed in the restaurant itself because I’m very knowledgeable with bourbon and I specifically picked this place because of the bourbon list and seeing the menu two weeks before my trip anything that my wife and I wanted to order we were told it was not available right down to the end of our meal, wanting dessert they had none and nothing to replace what was on the menu. I felt bad for the waitress because she kept apologizing with not having things readily available or even available to us so it made our first night in Saint Augustine, not pleasurable. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, I am not able to rate the food because we never received our food. We ordered drinks after waiting 10 minutes for a server, and our drinks took about 30 minutes. In that time our charcuterie board never came out. About 10 minutes after our drink came out the server came over and asked if we haven't received our board which we said no and he said the kitchen told him it had gone out. We asked them to remove it from our check we paid for our drinks and we left. The overall vibe of the restaurant being a bourbon and boards style restaurant does not fit. This was more of a trendy artsy salon vibe than a bourbon bar.

very nice space, like a contemporary cellar. nice accoustics and decor. decent and professional service, but perhaps a bit under staffed. live music. other places had lines, this place was nearly empty and available for reservations at least until 730. the prices seem a little high but the portions are generous and some are meant for sharing. tablet menus are cute but a little confusing, and the info needed editing and more content. numerous food items were out of stock, but it was just after New Year's. great location.

We were so disappointed with our dining experience here. Although our waitress was sweet, you could tell she was stretched too thin and service was extremely slow. The bar took about 30 minutes to make our first round of drinks. Because of the wait time we decided it wasn’t worth ordering anymore. As for the food – this restaurant has an identity crisis. The menu online promotes tapas, flatbreads, and a range of charcuterie boards plus dinner service. When we got to the restaurant, their digital menus had tapas and only three different charcuterie boards (note- one was vegetarian and two had the same proteins – fried fish. There were no flatbreads, entrees, or the charcuterie boards we had hoped to order as advertised online. Plus, only one dessert on the menu?!. So is this a tapas restaurant? Is it appetizers? Basically it’s just an overpriced place to snack in my opinion. After about an hour, when our drinks were finished, our food arrived. As the food was getting delivered, we were told that two of the six dishes we ordered were no longer available. We were exhausted, hungry, and honestly just over it at that point. We decided to make what we ordered Work. Basically a whole lot of carbs. Now, I will say that the food tasted fantastic! but we ordered the pork belly with cabbage on sliders, and they only served us pork belly. It was things like that that added up throughout the whole night that made this dining experience really embarrassing and unenjoyable. It’s too bad – the food was pretty good – but management and overall restaurant identity is abysmal. I can’t imagine they will last very long under these circumstances.
