   I travel a lot for work and this is one of my top 5 favorite restaurants in the US and potentially in the world (admittedly I’ve only been to 4 continents and 20 or so countries but still). The food is always so fresh, innovative and delicious. The head chef clearly knows their way around flavors and the bartenders I’ve had making my drinks always make really tasty drinks. The last time I came I actually just described what I liked and the bartender made it for me while this time I just ordered off the menu. But every thing ive had here has been phenomenal and for the most part pretty healthy (or at least not unhealthy). If i came here with someone I’d recommend getting the tasting menu.

   Always exceptional. The food is highlight. The Pickled Platter is a must. Madison made us so wonderful cocktails. And, Caroline was excellent as our server. Bouquet is a favorite.

   The food is always excellent at Bouquet. Although my "off the hook" entree was a bit acidic, it was all delicious. Our service was far below what we expect at Bouquet. There was a "backup" in the kitchen (but based on the rate with which our neighbors were being served, we think they just forgot our order), so we waited one hour between our salads and main courses. We were checked on late in that hour, when our patience was wearing thin. They did a good job compensating us with taking care of our salads, but the whole thing could have been handled better from the start with some early communication.

   Had a wonderful server who made our evening as enjoyable as the delicious food. Spring salad, cheese plate, steak and duck. Highly recommend them all and visiting this wonderful establishment!

   We absolutely love bouquet. Our server was the best ever. They were super inviting and attentive. The food was amazing we have come a couple times and love the menu changes as well as some classics.

    A very good evening. The food was excellent and the server was great. Only problem was the noise level. Not only was the room not very good about containing noise; there was a table of 4 adults across the room that was extremely loud.
