Excellent food and service. Restaurant is very small and it is common to overhear adjacent guest conversations, and vice versa. We each got the Kentucky Steak, this night was a Baseball Sirloin. It and it's accompaniments were perfect. The only real hindrance in our meal was the not-very-sharp "Steak Knives." We asked for and received a second set, which were really no better than the first. This gave the (false) impression that the steak was tough, however the steak was perfect and perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed a lovely Charcuterie Board. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.
Food flavored great but was delivered to table super slow. Nice server overall but no explanation for why food took 45 minutes to be served.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The restaurant was small so a couple of large tables made it really loud. If you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner it might not be perfect (though the food probably will be) but definitely a great place to meet friends.
From the food to the service to the drinks, everything was fantastic. Food came out piping hot and was delicious and you can definitely tell it is fresh and carefully prepared. The Bourbon selection and craft cocktails are amazing. Save room for Desert!
It’s always a great experience at Bouquet! The food and service is special!
I made reservations for a 9 person birthday party dinner celebration at Bouquet. It was all of our first time at this restaurant. Everyone loved the experience, ambiance, food, and service. It was a wonderful time and I highly recommend Bouquet! 10 out of 10! #Awesometime!
The meal was very good, however, we were seated in the back by the kitchen and next to a large group. It was very noisy and difficult to talk or hear what was being said at our table. It is too expensive of a meal not to be able to enjoy the food and conversation.
We sat outside so there was a little street noise, but very tolerable. Kelly was a great server, very attentive but did not hover. We had charcuterie and small plates and loved all of the food. My husband had their smoked old fashion which he thoroughly enjoyed. We would return.
This is a little gem for fine cuisine tucked away towards the north end of Main Street in Covington KY. Fresh farm-to-market ingredients lovingly prepared and presented -- and everything tastes as good as it looks. I had the Wagu meatball starter. This is not to be missed. Never had meatballs this good! My wife had a starter portion of the vegan dinner plate which she thoroughly enjoyed. We both had the Maple Farms duck for the main course. Maple Farms, located in Indiana, sells fully cooked frozen half-ducks through supermarket chains such as Kroger's and Publix. These are as good as duck served in most restaurants and a personal favorite of mine at home, so I had high expectations for the Bouquet preparation. It did not disappoint. Superb preparation, presentation, texture and taste. Small but very appealing selection of desserts. Nice wine and beverage list, too. Excellent service. Very reasonable prices for this level of quality. Highly recommend. Small place so be sure to reserve.
I was disappointed by the pistachio cake after reading the great online reviews. It was dense and dry. The charcuterie board was very good. The kitchen split the scallops entree for my husband and me and it was just the right amount for light appetites. The risotto was better than most restaurants’. We sat inside and enjoyed our meal. The tables in the outside are right next to a busy street. The parking garage is right next door and very convenient.
This is a gem of a place in Covington. Very convenient to downtown Cincinnati with easy parking. Delicious food and attentive wait staff! Highly recommend.
Great experience! Food and service were both excellent.
Great food. We sat outside so you have to expect noise, but it wasn't bad. Our waitress was phenomenal- she made the experience exceptional!
Excellent food that is always a little unusual in flavor or prep. . Nit tin of the mill but not highly exotic either. Nice wines and bourbons. Good knowledgeable server. The new parking structure next door is very convenient also.
Aside from the bartender putting alcohol in my non alcoholic drink, it was great. Food and service all good. Will definitely go back
Great ambience and the food was delicious. We will definitely go back soon.
We loved our dinner for two at Bouquet Restaurant. We needed to change the number in our reservation and the staff was very helpful. We ate inside and could completely hear the people's conversation at our table. Food was wonderful (we had the duck and the Kentucky steak) and the server made several excellent recommendations. You won't be disappointed here.
Sat at a table upstairs. Great cocktails. Black walnut old fashioned was superb. Food was nice. Pork shank, steak, duck and Scollops.
Wonderful, friendly service and delicious food with a warm, cozy feel.
This place is incredible!
Consistently one of the best dinners in NKY. Farm to table at its best.
The food was amazing, top to bottom. We had the Farm Tour special - chicken roulade, pork chop and duck meatballs. Swoon. Good wine list, very friendly service.
Bouquet is one of my all time favorite restaurants. I love the ambiance, the good wine/bourbon, appetizers. I was a little disappointed in the scallops that I'd had many times before. They were so salty I couldn't even finish one. I've never had issues before so I think it was a fluke. It was my friends birthday and they mad him feel very special with champagne and everyone that stopped by wishing him a happy birthday. All in all, I will always be back!
We were a party of six, two of them from out of town to celebrate the life of a dear friend that we lost a year ago. We had a wonderful time at Bouquet! The food was excellent, and our server could not have been more accommodating. The two friends from Toledo raved about the restaurant all weekend. They had had sweet Old Fashions as their cocktail. We wanted to replicate them at my house the next evening, and called Bouquet for the recipe. The woman on the phone could not have been more helpful with sharing the recipe! We will definitely be back and will recommend your restaurant to all we know! Thank you for making it such a special evening for all of us.
This continues to be one of the best places to ea in Cincinnati. It is a reasonably laid back environment with great food, a very nice wine list, and excellent service.
Beautiful presentation of each meal. Love the farm to table menu. Pistachio cake was absolutely delicious.
Excellent food. Local sources. Exceptional service. Attentive but not intrusive. Wonderful foodie find in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati OH area.
We had a wonderful time, sat out on the front outdoor eating area , shockingly zero bugs... food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive and fun. We have always had a good experience there and wish we lived closer so we could go more often.
Server misidentified 3 items on the pickle board. Told us it would be double price to add 1 meatball to the 3 meatball appetizer and then when we declined it came out with 4. Didn’t warn us that the cookie ice cream had peanuts in it when we told him there was a peanut allergy at the table.
Food was excellence but the misidentification of food and ignorance of the allergy is a bit scary.
We love this restaurant. Great farm-to-table food, service and ambiance.
We loved this restaurant! Food was amazing! My husband had the steak special and I got the scallops with risotto. His steak was perfect. My husband is a chef, and we are rarely impressed with an entire restaurant. But we were impressed with everything at Bouquet. Our server was fantastic, atmosphere was lovely, food was wonderful. We live in Louisville and we are planning our next visit. Perfect date night restaurant
Thanks! We hope to see you back in on your next trip north!
Pros: The Chef has very creative and delicious dishes that change on a regular basis. We have enjoyed everything from asparagus shaved salads to a wonderful salmon from New Zealand recently. The bar has a great bourbon selection to discover.
Cons: We don't eat beef very often and found the baseball knob steak quite tough but the server replaced it with an alternative course that was quite good. The knob steak has been replaced but we didn't try it on this visit.
Wine selections are interesting but limited and have a very steep markup. 4 to 5 times retail is at the top end of any restaurant in the area.
Overall great food but as we always have wine with a meal it is difficult to recommend or return very often.
I’ve been there several times for business dinners with international guests and Bouquet never disappoints. Great food, excellent service.
Food was delicious. Had been on our list for a while, and it is worthy of a return trip.
Wonderful food and staff
Wonderful service! Sat outside on the back deck and it was a lovely evening. The wagyu meatballs were very tasty. The scallops were perfectly sautéed. Overall it was a great meal!
I absolutely recommend Bouquet!! Everything on the menu is gluten free unless it includes bread, which they can exclude. The food was fantastic ( I highly recommend both the duck and the scallops!!), and service was wonderful!
Thanks Virginia! Come back soon and bring your gluten adverse friends!!
My wife and I have always been big fans of Bouquet and used to frequent it but this last experience was not the old Bouquet. Went for dinner with friends on a Thursday night.
I ordered had a Steak which was a special that night and was really disappointed. Was chewy and very fatty. I'm all for a nice marbled steak such as ribeye but this was like a $7.99 steak at best....which cost $30. The potatoes had some type of hot sauce on them which wasn't very good.
My wife and I shared a chocolate desert and we were both underwhelmed. Even my coffee was weak.
I hate to write this as Bouquet has always been one of our Go To restaurants when in the NKY area..probably won't be going back anytime soon.
