i didn't have high expectation of food quality at a winery. was hoping for a nice brunch with friends. food was served cold and mediocre in flavors. our server was non attentive. this was our first visit and definitely our last.
Mostly hotel guests, so not as crowded as their other venue. Menu is limited but food is good. We eat here if the other outdoor restaurant is too busy.
Love it đ Nice to place to sit have something delicious to eat and contemplate a beautiful view
Good food and great service
I will completely love the resort the food the service was amazing thank you
We love Ponte Vineyards and dine in their restaurant every time we are in town. We decided to try Bouquet and are sorry we did.
The service was terrible. It took over thirty minutes to get water for the table. The server didnât seem to care and was in no rush to extend service to us. We had to ask for Bread which also took way to long to be served. We ordered four entrees three of which were bland. Very disappointed and will not return.
Great birthday dinner
They must have been very under staffed! We went in at 1:30pm and left canceling our order at 3:00 pm because we hadnât received our food! The Restaurant at Ponte was better.
The service was VERY slow and the people at a table near us complained. The waitress charged us for a bottle of wine that we had purchased through our membership. Just not a good day at Pointe
Was seated in the back /not very picturesque spot. Service was VERY slow - took 30 mins for them to even get us a drink. 2 hours total for lunch so missed our next stop. Was always trying to track down our waiter. Unimpressed with the food - I had the turkey club and there was way too much/too thick bread for a 'triple decker' sandwich. Bread wasnt toasted. Turkey seemed like it was from a package. I wouldn't go back.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. From a 20+ minute wait for anyone to come to the hostess stand (with many in line in front of us going in search of someone to seat us) to over 25 minutes to get three simple drinks to another 45 minutes to get food. We then had to wait 20 minutes to get the check. All of this with only 3 tables in the restaurant at the time of our arrival.
Other tables arrived after us and several left due to bad service. Somehow our food and drinks were served far faster than any other table in the restaurant. Everyone around us was complaining of 45 minute wait for drinks and over an additional hour and 15 minutes for food.
The manager was flitting about bragging about being the hotel manager yet no one did anything to improve a very bad situation. All of the tables were left dirty, water glasses empty, our food was cold, and we were never able to order drink refills. It was clear the wait staff was completely untrained. Definitely avoid this restaurant until they get new management!
Food and service was great. Just too cold. They need more heaters
The place is lovely but the food was just okay. The staff was great, very friendly and polite. Prices are usual for a nice hotel
Horrid restaurant. Service is slow but more importantly the food is downright bad. Over seasoned, over cooked, plain disgusting.
During COVID only outdoors dining was available and it was pretty cold. More heaters would be nice otherwise really nice and delicious food and wine.
No reservations needed. Good food and drinks by the pool even if you aren't swimming.
Showed up and the restaurant was closed for another hour till noon switching the menu even though our reservation was at 11. We reserved for brunch not lunch. We did end up at the restaurant and had a nice meal, but this particular brunch and restaurant was horrible and not as advertised at all. Wait till this virus is ever over before eating here.
Wonderful outdoor dining experience.. the vines, the fountains, the beautiful views and excellent food and service
Beautiful setting near vineyards. Relaxing brunch.
Excellent food, friendly service and beautiful view!
Very nice, good food and portions, Amazing setting and service was good, area was quite
Wonderful as always! Delicious food, great service and an amazing view. Truly canât be beat!
Too many people for social distancing. Tables should have been further apart and they should have controlled crowd.
Great food, great service.servers were very kind.
We did a light brunch here before hitting the wineries. It was good. Noting special, but nothing bad.
The worst food and worst value. Very poor service as well. I was very disappointed in the Bouquet as the property itself is very nice and the hotel was great. We will return to the Hotel but not the Bouquet.
Very quiet restaurant. Service was top notch. Food was good
good food, service was really slow but it was a busy Saturday. Overall very enjoyable
Food took too long to come out. Food wasnât that good at all. Greasy
Good food, lovely venue, great service, probably more expensive than it should be. If you have your own Ponte wine you can bring it to dinner and they will open it with no bottle charge.
It was a nice restaurant for the Inn. We were a party of 6 for brunch. Service was a little slow. We had to remind the staff twice that the coffee we ordered hadn't been brought to the tablet yet. They did keep that off the check. We wanted to sit outside, but were told we had to be inside. Staffing issue? The food was good and the price was fair. We had a good time, but not someplace you want to hang out and continue having drinks like we usually do for brunch.
We used to eat at this restaurant often Haven't been here in a while. We were disappointed with the quality of the food. Probably different chef
Quality of food was not good. Ordered steak and it was so tough and bland. Had to settle for a burger and thankfully I ordered it with bacon and avocado since the burger it self wasnât very flavorful. We stayed at hotel for 2 nights and overall stay and rooms are nice. There is better food in Temecula though.
Great plave
The food is very good but the restaurant lacks proper training for the wait staff.
If you fix that then this can really be a good choice. The quality of the food is there.
Great food )
Had brunch here on a Sunday. Nice quiet atmosphere but the food was average at best. We had the eggs benedict which was nothing special but good enough and the pork belly hash which I would never order again. It was served in a bowl that has a quarter inch of greasy water at the bottom and the potatoes were soggy and the pork belly had no pork on it at all-- it was just the fat and it wasn't crisp so it was pretty unappetizing. The service was very good and probably would've taken the hash back, but we never asked them to. This is a great place to come for drinks and sit outside, but there are much better places to have brunch.
Excellent food. Superb service by Philippe. Very nice, quiet, romantic ambiance. Good for quiet conversation.
Great place and service. Overall food
My score would have been a five-star, however it took a very long time to get our two dinners. The waiter apologized but thatâs about it. A little disappointing for such a nice restaurant.
