   We recently had a good dinner at Bounty on Broad, and decided to try their brunch on Mothers Day. My husband and I took our two moms. The maitre’d set the tone for our entire experience. It took him over 15 minutes to greet us and was unpleasant. The service was super slow and disjointed (3 first courses delivered, and we had to wait for spoons and the 4th one). Waiters kept trying to bring us meals that weren’t ours. The whole meal was like that. They didn’t remove any dirty plates out of our way unless we asked. They didn’t even take up the menus. The waiter never came back to ask if we needed another drink. But what was REALLY disappointing was that the brunch menu was a fixed price that wasn’t their normal brunch menu. The selection included only a few of the regular brunch items, and most were heavy dinner entrees that weren’t at all what we were expecting or suitable for brunch. We were completely surprised that there would be a limited menu on Mothers Day. It was not listed on Open Table, their website or Instagram. Instagram had a link to their Mothers Day brunch menu but it took you to the regular brunch menu, which is what we based our decision to dine there on. We wouldn’t have minded paying $65 per person if it was their regular brunch menu. However, this menu was over priced and a big miss.

   Great place and already planning our next trip. It was Mother's Day, so not the standard menu and the food was a bit off the normal. Love the GF dishes, best in Memphis!

   Terrible service! Booked 11am reservation for three. Was shocked when saw set price of $65 per person for brunch. Was not advertised on Open Table or restaurant’s webpage. It consisted of a starter, entree and dessert., Seated upstairs ordered Bloody Marys that were mediocre. Two ordered starter, pork belly, one ordered asparagus bisque. Two ordered what was essentially breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, polenta and biscuit, one ordered salmon. We asked to change scrambled eggs and told we could not change. Server told us kitchen was a little backed up. After 45 minute wait only two appetizers delivered. The asparagus bisque which was less than a half cup and luke warm. Pork belly was size of a quarter, fatty and cold served with one tablespoon of corn, three tiny pieces of green pepper in a runny sauce. Told third starter was coming. After 10 minutes told the order was never placed, would take 15 more minutes and suggested we skip it. Waited and server brought starters to our table that were another tables. Still no starter for our daughter. At this point we were so frustrated we asked for check for drinks and two starters and decided to leave. Went to bar area to pay, several servers standing around , told no charge but no one seemed to care. Never offered an apology and no manager ever came to table to apologize. It was a disastrous Mother’s day brunch. Will also add table next to us were equally frustrated and another group of four with reservations left as soon as they saw the menu and set price

   We have dined here for dinner a couple of times. This was our first brunch. I checked the menu ahead of time to make sure there would be something for everyone. The positives: We were seated promptly and had a very nice waitress who was very attentive. The negatives: the menu was different than what I had viewed previously and was a fixed menu. While that’s not a surprise on Mothers Day, no one had reached out ahead of time to notify us of the changes. The wait times for our drinks, appetizers and main course were excessive and the waitress apologized profusely. This was surprising given the fixed menu and that, while busy, the restaurant was not overflowing and there were some empty tables. The table next to us was seated after us and got up and left without receiving their orders before our main courses arrived. Overall, we will likely give them another try in the future based on our dinner experiences but were quite disappointed this time.

   So disappointed that waffles are off of the Brunch menu. Sort of quiet on a Sunday- food was good. Can’t help but wonder if menu changes have contributed to fewer patrons. Those waffles were famous and so good. We may be back for dinner, but likely not for Brunch.

   We came for a couple small plates, dessert, & drinks for Date Night! They set us by the window with a BEAUTIFUL evening view, the food was above expectation, & the entire night was lovely! We will definitely be back!!!

   The food is absolutely outstanding, probably some of the best tasting food I have ever had anywhere. The service was the low point. It was unclear if they were under-staffed or poorly trained, but it took forever for someone to ask for our drinks and even offer us water, we did have a water refill, but it was insufficient for me. Then the person who brought our food from the kitchen took it to a different table, but since it was not going there, she ended up leaving it on an empty table while she went to figure out where it was going. Then someone else picked it up and gave it to us. We will definitely be going back for the food alone.

   We had a great meal here. Service was on point, food didn't take long to get to the table, and everything was just delicious. Had the chocolate souffle for dessert, and it was perfection. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely return.

   Bad service. Took too long to get drinks because bar tender was talking so much. When I got my Bloody Mary it had a huge piece of bacon in it- was not mentioned on the menu. I’m a vegetarian, so it was just wrong to assume everyone eats bacon. Food was ok. Just an overall dull experience. I had heard so many good things, it was just disappointing. And I don’t think you should have to ask for more water. They need better staff period.

    What a complete waste of time and money. Service, food was horrible. Also, you need a bartender who knows her jobs and know how to make drinks. We wasted over $400 for bad service. Never again!

    Server did not introduce himself. We ordered fried oysters before we ordered drinks and before ordering the meal. Server brought loaded fries instead of the oysters. We sent those back and reminded him of the oysters which were not brought until after the entrees were served. Our son's second vodka and soda was made with tonic water instead. After ordering a glass of pinot noir, server came back and asked if I ordered cabernet, then eventually brought the pinot. Server seemed distracted or preoccupied or was a novice- but, food was terrific. The preparation, the accompaniments to the meats and the flavors were outstanding. Just hope the server improves or we get another server the next time we return.

    My daughter and I ate dinner here before the ballet at the Orpheum. All menu items are gluten free here so this is a great choice for folks with Celiacs. The service and ambience were stellar. She had the duck and I had the scallops. Both were excellent and beautifully presented. We split the chocolate lava cake for dessert. It was delicious! The price makes this a special occasion restaurant but I highly recommend it.

    We have been to Bounty on Broad many times and up until today have had a generally pleasant experience. We booked our reservation about 10 days out for an Easter brunch at 12:15 for party of 4. Subsequently, we had to add an additional guest. We called ahead last night and they made a note of the addition and said they would be prepared for the party of 5. Having attended Church first this morning, we immediately went to the restaurant and arrived a few minutes early. Once we went to check in, they advised that they had no record of our request for 5. Things were in disarray and they made it our issue as they did not have a record of our request for 5, they would make the change. During this time they asked what our last name was some 3 times. After finally getting us a table, our waiter took our order about a half hour after we had waited. After getting coffees and water and waiting another 25 minutes with no activity, the waiter made the surprising unbelievable assertion that he never even placed our order. We advised that we were all hungry and we would give him another 30 minutes to get us some food. One appetizer arrived for one guest while no other food arrived. We advised that we would only wait another few minutes. After a total now of 90 minutes, we got up to leave the restaurant advising the front desk what had occurred. Instead of trying to stop us or provide us some food or assurances, all they could say was sorry. No manager, no assistant manager or any other individual approached us. This was the most outrageous restaurant experience we have ever experienced. Had we stayed our total would have resulted in a significant spend and a significant tip of up to 30% which is my customary tip. What’s more is we had an out of town guest with us who we wanted to introduce to one of our favorite restaurants in Memphis. It was clear that they did not care and the entire staff were unprepared and unprofessional. Avoid.

    I don’t leave reviews often but this was pretty bad. Should not have even sat down as I could tell people were very frazzled and potentially understaffed. Was told only wine & mimosas, saw beer & bloody marys at other tables. Saw our waiter twice. Food wasnt hot. It was loooong like 30 mins post entrees w dirty plates and no drinks and no sign of any server & other tables felt the same way. One even got up and got another server. Our table next to us was sat without chairs for a while. Food runners seemed grumpy and just kept coming out w the same app asking each table if its theirs. I also felt like other staff was watching our section in disbelief? Like through a little window into our small dining room. Kids were up and loud but I know they cant control that. Our desserts were forgotten so we just asked for the check to leave, which came without the desserts taken off (it was a fixed price). He fixed it though. Wanted to love it :( Felt kinda crazy to pay nearly 160 for all that. To be fair, our server was sat like 4 tables at once. And he was really sweet. Just seemed overwhelmed. I left this review for just the restaurant to see and hopefully contact me but nothin

    The appetizer was good but it was the only thing we liked. Nothing was really seasoned very well. I ordered the salmon with a side of mashed potatoes. Someone, not our waiter, brought out the mashed potatoes with the appetizer. I finished my water and wanted to ask the waiter to please bring them back with my food so they wouldn’t be cold, but the waiter never came back. It took a long time to get more water. I even made direct eye contact with the waiter two or three times and he still never came over. No one ever really smiled, though they were pleasant enough I guess. There was a woman walking around (management maybe) and when I came out of the bathroom to go back to my table we met in the hall face to face. I smiled and said excuse me and she looked at me plainly without speaking and kept walking. It was definitely not worth the price point in my opinion.

    We went there for a Friday night dinner. The restaurant was quiet. The wait staff was very attentive. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and offered selections. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were plentiful. We brought some home. I will definitely go back to try some of the other items on the menu.

    I was the only vegan in our party and chef was kind enough to adapt a dish from his dinner menu to accommodate me. It was delicious. Also, the plain fries are to die for. Crispy and brown.

    A bit pricy, but if you need GF food, this is the place. The Chef is a GF wizard. We will be back for sure. EVERYTHING on the menu is GF including ALL the deserts.

    Fine dining prices with horrible service. Upon arrival at restaurant we remained standing at host station for about six minutes without even being acknowledged. We saw the host walking around speaking on the telephone. Finally a chef called out from open kitchen to a server to seat us. One seated, we sat for about five more minutes without server coming over. I finally got up to ask if a server would be coming to our table. It should be noted that there were approximately 12 other diners in restaurant. Finally server arrived. He was friendly enough. I ordered a whiskey neat($23) and was served about an ounce, literally one sip. As for the food, it was good. Prepared well and tasty. Once my water was empty, sever came and took glass.. had to ask for another water. When leaving, not one person said a word. No thank you, no goodnight, and host was on phone when we exited, not even looking up. Really left there frustrated at the experience for the price point we paid. Night prior we dined at Flight and spent about the same amount. Experience there was on another level. Customer service was top priority there and it showed. Food at Flight was amazing. Server there offered a couple whisky’s she liked to taste before I ordered. The taste she provided was about what I was served at Bounty on Broad. Very disappointing. Save yourself the horrible experience and try to get into Flight.

    I asked to be seated away from the front door. And we were still seated in front of the door. So we were cold the whole time. We sat for at our table for 32 minutes before we got to order wine. Our waitress, Kelly, forgot about us for the first 32 minutes we sat as she tended to the table next to us. She also forgot to ask about an Italian red wine for us, which is why we just sat there unattended for 32 minutes. Finally another waitress filled our water glasses and asked" how are you doing?" I had to say, "it's not going well so far". So she took care of us and the rest of the evening went well. It was a very unpleasant and dissatisfying experience, but the food tasted delicious. :(

    Returned here after a good meal about a month ago. Overall food was good. Diver scallops were delicious, but pricey ($48 gets you 4 scallops- so $12 a pop). Brussels sprouts with prosciutto were flavorful but a bit too greasy, and also expensive ($15). Wife got shrimp scampi which she liked, but they didn’t have any pasta side or bread to mop up the garlicky sauce.

    The service was incredibly slow and very bad. It was a party of 4 and took 2.5 hours for food. In addition, one person ordered steak. The chef decided without anyone telling us to bring him duck since they ran out of steak. Hold on, ran out of steak and never told us. Then assume to just substitute duck. Never had that happen. He ended up not eating any dinner after all that. Then my girlfriend had a dairy allergy which not only did we stress but also added to res notes on app. After waiting 2.5 hours for her food, they served it with dairy. This was just an absolute train wreck. I and none of us will ever be back. No manager ever came to apologize and it was the top worse experience I’ve had at a restaurant.
