    1st time here. Went for brunch & it was beyond my expectations. Food was delicious! Great service. Great atmosphere. I’ve already told my friends to go here. We will be back to try out dinner. I’d give it more than 5 stars if it was an option.

    Disappointed to have been so disappointed! Service was weird - our waiter came back multiple times to confirm what we had just ordered; steak requested medium was bloody; and the draw from the website - raw oysters- weren’t on the menu. For the price point service was lackluster at best. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

    The patio was lovely and the weather was very pleasant! There was good music playing on a small speaker outside which was enjoyable. We waited quite a while for the server to come. He was pleasantly dry, if that makes sense. I was there for the $10 bottomless mimosas so I was anticipating having several but it was taking our server a while to come check on us. When we attempted to order another round we were told we had missed last call, however we were never told that it was last call. He went back to get my friend another one so I assumed he would bring me a last one as well but when I asked if I could get another he said they “ran out of champagne”. So y’all advertised bottomless but really served less. I was disappointed but the vibe was still lovely and my salad was pretty good. The brunch menu is somewhat lackluster but I’m a salad girl so I usually do that when there’s no decent veggie options. Overall I would go back but I need y’all to have plenty champagne if you lure me in with bottomless.

    I was there on a date, Will was our waiter he was very good. I ordered on old fashioned, it was for sure a top 5 in the city old fashioned. I ordered the rib eye medium well, with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The gravy in the potatoes was very flavorful as was the asparagus. The steak was charred and was much more medium, very pink than medium well. Simply the heat was too high and the steak was cooked too fast. My date had the salmon which she thoroughly enjoyed. I will probably order that next time. Enough went right that I will try Bounty on Broad again.

    So we arrived late for our reservation and the restaurant was closing - but the hostess was lovely about it and the chef stayed on and cooked great food - the grilled Salmon and creamed corn were delicious - the server was attentive and so nice. The few other diners were finishing up their meals so although a very cool space without a lot of others diners it lacked the vibe you would usually get - but again our fault for being late. I would definitely return here and highly recommend - one of the top eateries we experienced on our trip to Memphis!

    Excellent service, perfectly delicious food. It's probably the best breakfast we've had in our many travels. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Very cool old historic building that has been kept pretty much original. Delicious food, excellent service. It will for sure be a place we visit the next time we're in Memphis.

    The food was great but the server was just ok. Had no personality at all. I had to ask for more water and never received it. When asking questions about the menu, he just walked away. I can understand if you are busy but we were the first table of the evening. There were only 4 of us and the only other table there that came later was a two top. There is a very limited menu and was was out of one entree.

    Do not order the greens. They have carrots in them and are the worst greens I’ve ever tasted in my life. The rest of our food was good. I asked the waiter three times for a straw. He seemed very uncomfortable waiting on us. He later said it was his first night. It showed. A drink was ordered from the bar, it was not made. We didn’t feel welcome there.

    Wonderful service, generous portions, and great atmosphere. I have recommended the duck entrée to every person willing to listen for the past week! Certainly worth it, and easily one of the best plates I’ve had in town this year.

    Very quiet when we arrived but the upstairs became busier and noisy as the night went on. The food was delicious but the restaurant was a little warm. Of course it did “feel like 107” in Memphis today. Great overall dining experience.

    This was our first visit and the food tasted fine, I just didn’t feel like I was appropriately wowed for the cost. Our server was wonderful and everything came out in an extremely timely manner. The drinks were excellent and the appearance of the food was absolutely beautiful!

    First time visiting and this place is outstanding! We started off with the hummus and shared the ribeye steak. Food was seasoned, came quick and our server Maleah was sweet and very attentive. The old fashion was created with an in-house syrup so nice touch. Perfect for any occasion - date night or with friends! Although we do not have to practice a glutton free diet, the entire menu is glutton free and you can’t tell any difference in taste. Very tasty! We can’t wait to try Wine down Wednesday!

    Decided to check out Bounty on Broad for brunch, and even though the menu is a but limited, the food was great in addition to very generous size servings. I enjoyed the Steak and Eggs and my wife enjoyed the Salmon entree. My only criticism is for a restaurant that had very few patrons you would expect the manager to acknowledge us with the most basic welcome. Nope!!! Not this place, but somehow they thanked someone for grabbing takeout while we were never acknowledged by anyone outside of our waiter. I assume the manager has better things to do despite walking by our table 3 times and other staff members commenting on how food prices keep rising. Seems that would be even more reason to thank the people patronizing your restaurant, but it may just be a selective hospitality protocol. Great food. Horrible hospitality, and by no means do I feel our waiter didn't do his job. The people running the place need a basic refresh in appreciating all ppl walking thru that door.

    Amazing gluten free food! I have Celiac so finding this kind of food while traveling is a hard thing to do! We had the loaded goat cheese fries, chicken and steak!! Perfectly cooked and presentation was well done.

    The Crispy Wings were amazzziiinnnnggggg. Not sure if those are on any other menus others than Brunch but if not, they should be. The NY Strip Steak was good. Not a wow meal but definitely still good. The half chicken was bland. When it was first brought out, we thought it wasn’t cooked because of the color of the chicken but it was. It lacked seasoning. Very bland. The desserts were okay. We had some sort of cheesecake that tasted like coffee and and icecream thag tasted like butter pecan without the pecans but they added chocolate pieces. All in all, I’d eat the crispy wings to go. Other than that, I don’t have to go back.

    We recently had a good dinner at Bounty on Broad, and decided to try their brunch on Mothers Day. My husband and I took our two moms. The maitre’d set the tone for our entire experience. It took him over 15 minutes to greet us and was unpleasant. The service was super slow and disjointed (3 first courses delivered, and we had to wait for spoons and the 4th one). Waiters kept trying to bring us meals that weren’t ours. The whole meal was like that. They didn’t remove any dirty plates out of our way unless we asked. They didn’t even take up the menus. The waiter never came back to ask if we needed another drink. But what was REALLY disappointing was that the brunch menu was a fixed price that wasn’t their normal brunch menu. The selection included only a few of the regular brunch items, and most were heavy dinner entrees that weren’t at all what we were expecting or suitable for brunch. We were completely surprised that there would be a limited menu on Mothers Day. It was not listed on Open Table, their website or Instagram. Instagram had a link to their Mothers Day brunch menu but it took you to the regular brunch menu, which is what we based our decision to dine there on. We wouldn’t have minded paying $65 per person if it was their regular brunch menu. However, this menu was over priced and a big miss.

    Terrible service! Booked 11am reservation for three. Was shocked when saw set price of $65 per person for brunch. Was not advertised on Open Table or restaurant’s webpage. It consisted of a starter, entree and dessert., Seated upstairs ordered Bloody Marys that were mediocre. Two ordered starter, pork belly, one ordered asparagus bisque. Two ordered what was essentially breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, polenta and biscuit, one ordered salmon. We asked to change scrambled eggs and told we could not change. Server told us kitchen was a little backed up. After 45 minute wait only two appetizers delivered. The asparagus bisque which was less than a half cup and luke warm. Pork belly was size of a quarter, fatty and cold served with one tablespoon of corn, three tiny pieces of green pepper in a runny sauce. Told third starter was coming. After 10 minutes told the order was never placed, would take 15 more minutes and suggested we skip it. Waited and server brought starters to our table that were another tables. Still no starter for our daughter. At this point we were so frustrated we asked for check for drinks and two starters and decided to leave. Went to bar area to pay, several servers standing around , told no charge but no one seemed to care. Never offered an apology and no manager ever came to table to apologize. It was a disastrous Mother’s day brunch. Will also add table next to us were equally frustrated and another group of four with reservations left as soon as they saw the menu and set price

    We have dined here for dinner a couple of times. This was our first brunch. I checked the menu ahead of time to make sure there would be something for everyone. The positives: We were seated promptly and had a very nice waitress who was very attentive. The negatives: the menu was different than what I had viewed previously and was a fixed menu. While that’s not a surprise on Mothers Day, no one had reached out ahead of time to notify us of the changes. The wait times for our drinks, appetizers and main course were excessive and the waitress apologized profusely. This was surprising given the fixed menu and that, while busy, the restaurant was not overflowing and there were some empty tables. The table next to us was seated after us and got up and left without receiving their orders before our main courses arrived. Overall, we will likely give them another try in the future based on our dinner experiences but were quite disappointed this time.

    So disappointed that waffles are off of the Brunch menu. Sort of quiet on a Sunday- food was good. Can’t help but wonder if menu changes have contributed to fewer patrons. Those waffles were famous and so good. We may be back for dinner, but likely not for Brunch.

    The food is absolutely outstanding, probably some of the best tasting food I have ever had anywhere. The service was the low point. It was unclear if they were under-staffed or poorly trained, but it took forever for someone to ask for our drinks and even offer us water, we did have a water refill, but it was insufficient for me. Then the person who brought our food from the kitchen took it to a different table, but since it was not going there, she ended up leaving it on an empty table while she went to figure out where it was going. Then someone else picked it up and gave it to us. We will definitely be going back for the food alone.
