The food was great, starting out with chilled Alaskan crab which plentiful but not too much, followed by a delicious crab bisque which was rich but fortunately was a small portion and then a filet mignon with blue cheese. Wonderful food and great service!

Extremely slow out of the kitchen. Regretfully, we sent 2 of the 4 entrees back as they were not eatable. Service was terrible, as well.

Dined here on Thanksgiving with my wife and two kids. We enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant, cozy and comfortably-lit. Started with waters and planned on ordering after-dinner cocktails, but decided against it when the server dropped the bill off soon after we began eating. The buffet offered most of the traditional holiday fare, as well as shrimp cocktail and oyster bar, and a carving station with a perfectly cooked beef strip loin. In addition to the beef, my compliments go to the sweet potato casserole, the butternut squash soup and the pecan pie. There was only white meat turkey at the carving station during my visit and it was very dried out. Couldn’t find turkey gravy(only beef gravy)but maybe it was around. The dinner rolls were, unfortunately, hard as (Plymouth) rocks. Overall, rated 2/5 because it was average at best. We did not feel like we received an experience to justify $55/person. Would suggest upgrading the carving station to Prime Rib, and updating some of the buffet items to more closely reflect Boundary website’s declaration of “modern interpretations of comforting classics”.

We always enjoy Boundary for brunch but decided to try it for Thanksgiving dinner. The service was outstanding as usual. Our table was ready right on time . All of the buffet food was very good but the seafood table was excellent.

The second year we’ve enjoyed Thangiving at Boundary but this year they made it a buffet style meal and the food was great, it was better for the wait staff and a tremedous value. The ambiance was comfortable and almost like a meal at home. I gauge this a great place and a future Thanksgiving tradition. I’m sure it’s great anytime as well and a good place to entertain family or guests.

Thanksgiving buffet. $55.00 was too high for the variety offered. Sirloin instead of prime rib. No breakfast brunch selections. Very limited bread options. We were disappointed. Not bad, just overpriced.

We went for our anniversary. The atmosphere was good. Our waiter was very friendly and informative. I appreciated how well he answered our questions. We were however, disappointed with the main course. Our salad was excellent. The manager Dave was very gracious and gave us dessert on the house for the occasion. I am not sure if we would return for the food though.

Food very good, server was wonderful; the music was so loud - too loud for comfortable conversationb among four diners. Could not hear across the round table.

Overall it was a nice place. The menu while a bit limited in variety and options tasted good and the service was very good (albeit we were only one of 3 tables there that night). The decor and ambiance was great.

Food was fantastic. Good vibe to the place with an open kitchen and subtle background music. Impressed by the bar staff who took extra care in making sure cold drinks were served in cold glasses, not those just washed. Overall, good experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our dinner date here. Our server, Nadiia. was the best. Our food was amazing; specifically, the oysters were top notch. It’s hard to find restaurants in the Midwest who serve raw oysters properly with the appropriate garnishes. Our cocktails were perfect. Appreciated the variety of gin cocktails on the menu. I ordered Bark at the Moon and was pleasantly surprised by the mix of flavor profiles. I loved the restaurant’s ambiance, very trendy and cozy. Almost passed on dessert but Nadiia brought us out a little popcorn ice cream. Holy moly. That was good. However ... First impressions are so important. And the hostess was a bit curt in her welcome. As a former hostess AND server in the restaurant industry, I never want to feel like I’m an inconvenience. I should be greeted with words, not with silence and harsh eyes. Felt like I was supposed to ask how I could help her. That said, it was all uphill from there. We will be back. And I hope Nadiia is our server again.

Reunion lunch of 1954 High School classmates. Large party in the main dining area - vey noisy. Moved to another table and when the bar area filled, very difficult to hear.
Suggestion: when ordering draft beer, it would be nice to be able to taste a small sample.

We used to love Boundary when it was the Restaurant. Now that Boundary has taken over we have been there three times the service has been slow our food came out
Luke warm. Which isn't a good temperature for soup or scallops. The noise level was unbearable. We were in the back by the kitchen by a large party. When your dinner guest have to yell to he heard across the table it makes for an extremely unpleasant dining experience. The appetizers were delicious unfortunately the entres were not. We didn't complain about the soup or the scallops because we had already waited so long for the food and as I said the noise level was awful.
We won't be returning to

Boundary is a little of a hidden gem and while I am selfish and would love to keep the secret I have to let folks know that this a a restaurant you shouldn't pass on. Located in same space as the Cheshire Inn and above Basso sits Boundary. It's a cool, laid-back, modern restaurant with great ambience. The menu is well thought through with solid selections for entrees. If there is one area I would step up a little would be the Bar program. None of the specialty drink jumped out to me as something interesting enough to try. However that is such a small quibble with such good food and outstanding service. Check out Boundary and ask for Nadia. :-)

I chose this restaurant due to the fact neither of us had dined here. Now this was a Monday evening, so the place was pretty quiet. The bartender was very accommodating and the menu was simple. I wouldn't say the food was enjoyable to eat. I feel later in the week or on the weekend it would be a vibrant place.

Use to be an amazing place 3 years ago. We were back in town, dinner was awful and service was lacking. They were having a bar training on a Friday night 6pm. We were 1 of 2 tables on a Friday night. We never saw our server after he took our order. Huge disappointment and we ended up going to Bread Company in our suits before heading to the Symphony.

The food was really good, except there were plastic-y pieces in the chocolate mousse (which we later learned is some sort of dissolving gelatin that they use, except that it didn't dissolve). But otherwise, everything was delicious and the drinks were phenomenal as well!

Stopped for dinner on a quiet Sunday night. Tried sangria, red and white, and also nice choice of beer on tap. Service was attentive but not hovering. One entree was great but the other was not satisfactory. The manager gladly did not charge us. Nice for a quiet evening.

The food was absolutely fantastic! A group of us went to dinner there. Our server was awesome. Quick, efficient, friendly, etc. The food was out of bounds. Our group tried everything from the appetizers, to the happy hour menu (very reasonably priced btw), creative cocktails and finally an amazing dinner. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great restaurant on a night out.

The food selections and portions were standard and small for the price. I am open to paying a higher price for food that is unique in its sourcing and/or preparation. The food here, however, was standard and that should be reflected in the pricing.
