Love the new Bouloud experience! We liked DB Bistro, but it was more of a special occasion place. The Sud concept is better all around, from the new design, to the fresher menu. We had a fantastic meal, from appetizer to desert. Great and well priced wine list for Miami. We live nearby, so will be back more often to try other menu items. The branzino and osso buco were fantastic. Also the artichoke appetizer. Chef Daniel, thanks for changing this up!!

What can I say, Boulud Sud never disappoints. It is now our go to restaurant we love it so much. The food is excellent and we have tried most dishes on the menu. The service can’t be faulted. In short, it’s brilliant!

Not worth the money, Food was mediocre at best. Save your money go elsewhere! Dined there two nights , they just couldn’t get it right either time.

I'm sorry to have to write this as I know and love Daniel. Maybe a makeup call is needed. The lobster was over cooked. The timing was awful. The wine pairings were timed all wrong; some times 10 minutes before the food and some times 10 minutes after. For example the dessert came and it took 15 minutes for the wine pairing to come so we just ate the dessert. All in it was just terrible. Service, food, timing, everything was off. What a shame that such an amazing chef is judged by the last thing her serves.

Great Ambiance, however the Risotto was a bit bland, the lamb was definitely not seasoned correctly, salad was drenched in dressing, not very appetizing. I felt the service was OK but I ordered a cappuccino and it never arrived. The best part of the night was the desert. good desert. Probably would not go here again, I wasn't completely pleased.

Service was not very good. Wine got to our table as we were about to have our entrees, server forgot our amuse bouche although we asked 3 times. Finally brought it out after entrees. Had trouble getting a hold of him the whole night except when it Came time for the check. We finished dessert and he immediately dropped the check although we were not finished with our bottle of wine. Food was mediocre at best.

The high noise level and the freezing temperatures really took away from a Boulud experience!! The back room we were seated in had a very cold, boring feel to it-not the warm Mediterranean feel we expected.
Also, very difficult to find!

This is a renovation of the old DB Bistro! The food is no longer french but, more Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and some Italian all mixed in! I can't say I'm wowed by the need design, not that there was anything particularly wrong just not exciting We were showered with attention by the Maitre d, who explained all the in's and out's of the new menu, making suggestions along the way! All very nice, but then no waiter came by for a good 20 minutes?? Then, they got some of our order wrong, but the food was actually very good. My husband's pasta appetizer, the orecchiette, was delicious, our Mezze platter was outstanding! The Lamb chops were okay, the Skirt Steak which I shared with a friend was flavorful but cold. All in all, we really liked the food but, the service was very uneven, which I hope they smooth out as they settle in!
