Our meal was fantastic and the service was even better. Nina was our waitress and she was extremely knowledgeable and provided wonderful suggestions throughout the evening. She was also friendly and willing to help us in any way she could. We came to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and it was a perfect evening!

Was really disappointed as I’ve been to a few Boulud restaurants. The food was flavorless and truly tasted like reheated frozen food. Service was good, however, and obviously food quality was not the fault of the server.

We had great service and amazing food at Boulud Sud! The gambas al ajillo and mezze platter were delicious. It's also a beautiful place inside and we were there on a Saturday at 2pm when the brunch was over so not a lot of people there but great opportunity to take cute photos =)

The experience we booked and what we got was different. The crowd was extremely loud sounded like a hospital cafeteria the adjecent room we dinned in subpar. The service felt off but the autho gratuity expalined it all. Beyond dissaponted

Booked for the HH experience. Asked for HH menu twice. They only provide the regular bar bite menu. End up paying USD 300 for 2 for 3 glasses of wine and 2 Miami spice. Food is good though. But the service is very slow. Will not come back.

We went for Miami Spice week. We were helped by Nina who did an excellent job navigating the menu and what selections were available. The food was great the scallops were our favorite! Nina also welcomed us back to try out the new menu which is coming soon in September. We had a great time and Will definitely be back.

Not sure what the hype is about this place. Food left a lot to be desired. There wasn’t one thing we tried that we truly liked, and me and my husband both had different things. The branzino was bland, the meat was average at best. The deserts were okay but just that. The lamb meatballs were extremely spicy and I most note that we are used to spice. The service was great.

A healthy choice and a meal at Boulud- no difference. They do not know how to make a steak properly. The salmon crudo tasted old. The server was really nice and apologetic but please, this miami spice meal was garbage. I could show them how to make a better steak. It was the worst 200 ever spent on a meal

We had the Miami spice 3 course meal with the sommelier-selected wines. Each course carried wonderfully distinct flavors that were thoughtfully prepared and presented. The wines were unique and nicely complemented each course. The service was also prompt and pleasant. Special shout out to our server, Nina, for being so attentive and to Darius, the manager, for his excellent wine selections.

Disappointing quality from Mr Boulud. The chicken palliard was flavorless, too thick, and over cooked. Would suggest to management trying the one at Pastis to learn how this dish should be prepared.

Our experience was amazing! Our server Nina was so kind and excellent when serving my family and I. She made sure to check back with us if anything was wrong and explained the menu beautifully. The food was superb, my favourite being the mezze platter, scallops, and the semifreddo for dessert. Amazing restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and above and beyond service.

I’ll have to mention service first because it was one of the best I ever had, the waitress was kind and very spontaneous and professional! The atmosphere is great, fancy and cozy at the same time, good for many occasions! The food is great, even though they don’t have many options for main dish the ones they do are great, lamb bolognese and the scallops are very good, madeleines and the chocolate bar are a must! Price is fair for what you get, not expensive but not cheap!

Chicken palliard a DISASTER, what a way to make a dish that should be easy to nail so bad. From the quality of the chicken to the execution of the dish 0/10! Fatoush salad, also, they need to go to a middle eastern place and experince how that salad is supposed to taste, look and feel. The quality of the food of this rest was great it went down the drain. I wonder what happened to it.

The service and ambience were amazing, but the food was not good. I enjoyed the focaccia and the truffle fries were okay they were only missing an aioli of some kind. The entrees were a complete miss and not at all worth the price. I got the vegetable risotto and my friend got the chicken tagine. Our servers were friendly and did a great job, but we would not go back. Maybe it was just the entrees we ordered.

Food was fine, if outrageously expensive. Boring atmosphere of a hotel restaurant. They couldn't wait to get us out the door as the entrees came out white we were finishing the appetizers. Then came a 45 minute wait for the valet. I'm all set with this place. Three stars only because the food was decent.

Our server was a joy and made this dining experience five star instead of four star. Recommended dishes were spot on as she guided us through to desert. The lobster bisque is key to a great start. The scallops were done to perfection. I also have to point out the craft cocktails were outstanding. There was no wait, but there should have been based on the food and service we received.
