Server was very kind, knowledgeable with my clients and fluent in Spanish. Excellent service
The food was delicious. They went above and beyond. We were very happy with the service too.
Very disapointed with the food
The restaurant allows patrons in shorts, flip flops and cutoff t shirts. This is fine dining, these patrons diminish the experience of others. Valet parking took over 30 minutes to bring car.
Great food and outstanding service from Ricardo. We had a wonderful night, as Ricardo went beyond expectations, recommending great choices.
The yummiest Octopus appetizer we have ever eaten. We almost ordered another one (after our desert) because it was so good. Everything was good, but it would be worth going back just for that!
More casual fare but in an upscale setting. One standout was octopus.
The food was very good, the restaurant was beautiful and the service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back.
Very good selection and great value
Simply outstanding. Miami Spice brunch is a fantastic value.
No drop off in quality or selections for the Miami Spice menu. Great time on Sunday.
From the modern and elegant design and decor to the professional and courteous staff to the inventively delicious cuisine, dinner was a complete pleasure.
Not a bad experience ever. The food was excellent. If I have to add a comment, service was good, our waiter was on the hall, yet we had the nagging feeling that something was bothering him.
Truffle risotto was delicious appetizer. My choice for entree was scallop, and i didn't regret. Server Rafael was very professional, he help me find wines for, i would say, perfect pairing with food. I would definitely recommend Boulud Sud to my friends.
Manager Jovana was also very kind.
Great meal with my son, he had the Dover sole and I had the filet. Also shared 3 appetizers, everything was excellent with great service.
Terrible food that is expensive
Would go elsewhere
The food was fantastic.
Thomas our server and Marco, the bartender provided excellent service.
I wanted to take my chef and my director of Food and Beverage out to a nice place as they met their goal for the month. They picked this place because they are fans of Daniel Boulud. Although food was in general good, service was lacking big time. We asked for suggestions to pick the wine and the waiter did not know anything about the wine list, he said they had a sommelier but that he was in the fifth floor doing something. We had to wait about 20 min to order our wine and 10 more to receive it so we basically were eating out appetizers without anything to drink. The lamb flatbread was the highlight of the meal and so were the patatas bravas. Can’t go wrong with those 2. The scallops and Lamb as our main were good quality as well as the desserts. I give a solid 4.5 to the food but our waiter seemed like he either was very new or just very disorganized. He didn’t know how to explain the dishes, he had no info on the wines, after the desserts we had to wait about 30 min for the bill and we got it because eventually we were able to waive at him and he finally saw us. He added the valet parking for the 3 cars to the bill without even asking us and several more details not worth mentioning. I would maybe go back for that wonderful lamb flatbread but would likely sit at the bar, don’t want to pay $400 for mediocre service again.
The food was specially delicious, the client was really impressed but, in the end, it was the service what ruled. Great Job!
Wonderful dinner and unique dishes . Save room for dessert
Excellent menu with unique pairings of flavors. Wonderful service
Great food and service. Good ambiance as well. I recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
Great service. I’m a regular, basically.
I loved everything about the restaurant! Our food was outstanding as was the service! Had dinner there on Saturday night and returned on Sunday for the soufflé pancakes! I will be back very soon!
The service in Bouloud Sud is extraordinary, and not forced. The personnel are genuinely friendly and well-trained. I loved our shared appetizer of tempura fried squash blossoms, as well as my dessert, the dark chocolate zabaione with cassis sorbet. The mahi mahi coconut curry, although beautifully presented, had about two bites of over cooked fish in a scalding hot sauce that burned my mouth. Back to the drawing board on that one, but the overall experience was nice.
Absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was delicious! 2nd time eating here & I was happy again!
Fantastic service and great food. Loved the cocktail options as well. Didn't make it to the appetizers but I am certain they are fantastic as well. Gladly come back another time
Came for a small intimate birthday dinner. Food was excellent, service was a bit slow but nonetheless great. Would definitely return- highly recommend the octopus and the branzino.
The service from the beginning was incredible. Our waiter explained the drinks and the menu in detail. He offered suggestions but did not push any of the items We highly enjoyed our evening and when visiting Miami again will make this spot a priority
Excellent service and food quality. Quiet atmosphere.
It’s such a beautiful dining room. The service is polished, professional, helpful, friendly. The food preparation and presentation are wonderful. The lamb flatbread was really excellent. The whole menu is creative and very healthy with lots of Mediterranean offerings.
We had really exceptional service on Saturday night. We were greeted so graciously and kindly by Adriana. It was such a pleasure to begin our evening that way.
And our server was Jesus who took such good care of us...describing the menu, pouring the wine, and just being very kind.
I reluctantly took off 1-star because of the fact that our main course of roasted grouper was only 3 itty bitty cubes of fish for $36. I’m no stranger to expensive restaurants. But I thought this was pushing it.
I would definitely return. It was a lovely evening.
Great service. Beautiful decor. Innovative menu.
Food and service very good
If I could give 10 stars I would! Fab good, beautiful restaurant, great drinks and the most attentive and professional staff. I can't say enough good things and I can't wait for my next trip to Miami so I can go again!
The service was great, but the food was disappointing. They have a great HH tho!
I’ve been to a number of restaurants of Daniel Boulud so perhaps my expectations were set too high but this restaurant was a huge disappointment. Every course was underwhelming, from the gazpacho to the Greek salad to the rigatoni (super salty), but the worst was the lamb loin. The waiter steered my daughter towards this dish and it was absolutely plain (no, sauce or marinade, boring presentation) as well as being a tough piece of meat. Perhaps the people in Miami already know that this is a mediocre restaurant because it was half empty on a Friday evening. It gives the Boulud restaurants a bad name
My meal was at noon so it was not very busy. The restaurant offers an express lunch option. The first course was super quick, soup and salad. The second course wasn’t any speedier than a regular entree item.
The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The flavors were fresh and overall healthy.
The best Mediterranean food in Miami. Service is excellent , our waiter Alin was the most gracious person!!!we will be back soon
The food was exceptional. Full of flavour and the portion was generous. The service was great and professional. Thank you for the experience.
Had reserved an outdoor seating option but due to weather none was available, or offered but the lounge was suggested. It was very noisy and it was toward the end of their Happy Hour. The service was not very good...server was mildly rude. I chose tapas from the menu which were ok except for one which was a tuna and avocado bit, the tuna tasted like it came out of a can...finished all that off with a mediocre lobster risotto. All in all not impressed.
