    Always a fantastic spot for cocktails (which are delicious) and the food is always excellent. Tuesdays are a delight as the Steak Frite is discounted and before 6p, the cocktails are $7 for a very very good one

    Regular menu has gone up in price considerably. Food was good but no longer reasonably priced. Lighting was kept so low it was hard to see our food - and hard to see each other. We complained but they would not adjust the lights. Less enjoyable dining experience than my numerous past visits.

    Boulevardier is our favorite go-to place for special occasions. We enjoyed the steak-frites because of the Tuesday special! Perfectly cooked steak, amazing salad and fries! Service was attentive but not overwhelming. Great wine list too!

    Bathroom light was out, had a table at the back and could hear music playing from the kitchen and the staff kept coming out to stare at the clientele. Would not return.

    I have loved coming to this place over the last couple years, it’s a great place with GREAT food, the service this last trip was off. It took 15 minutes to get a drink order after we sat down at THE BAR! It wasn’t very busy and I was shocked. It then took another 20 before the server came around again to ask if we wanted food. Which the couple that was sitting next to us was also relieved since they were sat before us and clearly VERY hungry. We ordered starters and then it took 40 minutes for them to ask if we wanted more food. My wine glass was empty most of the evening. I’m guessing they had a bad night but it was REALLY BAD. I hope that isn’t the new norm for the service. The FOOD IS AMAZING!

    My wife and I recently discovered the Bishop Arts District south of Dallas. Lively energetic vibe with a few new dining experiences to explore. We noticed Boulevardier on OpenTable and were impressed with the reviews. Note: This review is for the brunch experience only. My wife had the Poached Farm Egg Salad and I had the Croque Madame. Both were overpowered with garlic. The garlic puree on the croque madame was too much. The sandwich was soggy and shoe string fries were soggy as well, not at all crisp. Suffice to say we wont be back and will be focusing on other eateries in the district.

    I went here and got the half farm to market salad, the French onion soup and the roasted bone marrow. The sale was really good snd the soup was good. The bone marrow was lacking in actual bone marrow and it seemed to be focused in the toppings on the marrow itself, a concoction of pickled onions and herbs. They charged $24 for what turned out to be two bins. At Dakotas steak house, you get three bins snd they filed with marrow. It was so disappointing, I did not order a main entree.

    Only high tops were available when we made our reservation, which put us up front by the bar and front window. We actually loved that, as the service was still great, and it was fun to have a few of the street and people walking past. Food was phenomenal, and we never felt like we were waiting for our order. We’ll be back

    Great food and great service. It was a little pricey for what you get and Bishop Arts is a chore to find parking and just to navigate the streets with parking on both sides.

    This was our second time at Boulevardier. The service was very good, despite it being quite full and they seemed to have only two servers working the floor. The food was top notch. We particularly loved the duck confit! The grilled oysters were also delicious, but I wish we had ordered two of the duck confit because it was that good! Gabe did an excellent job, taking care of us, and we very much enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The one drawback for us was the noise level, which made it difficult to hear our server describe the specials for the evening.

    Food was wonderful and the waitresses did a great job. The bar was loud and the hostess was not polite and refused to sit anyone until their exact reservation time, even though the restaurant was not full.

    We had a great meal! The wood fired octopus was fantastic and the big board was even better than usual. The pork pate was wonderful. Of course the oysters were superb, we really enjoyed the PEI Lady Chatterleys! Great cocktails and wine. Always great service!

    The service and/or management staff really went above the normal call of duty to make a birthday dinner special. They put a sparkling candle on our bread pudding and ice cream dessert. But all in all, I can’t give say our first experience at Boulevardier was amazing, great, or even very good, because the food was very overpriced for what we received. Our medium steak frites was pretty much cooked to medium well, but wasn’t bad, but the french fries were a sad excuse for a side dish on a $42 entree. The fries were all the little fry pieces that settle at the bottom of your in In-and-Out Burger fry bag, so small that my lady had to eat them with a fork, and they were served luke warm and soggy. I ordered the duck confit and it came out half the size as the photo on the menu (literally!). And if I may be brutally honest, I am convinced they served me chicken, not duck. I’ve had duck several times before and it didn’t taste like chicken. The only thing helping me believe it could’ve been duck is that the meat was a tad bit darker than your average chicken. Last point—don’t order the bone marrow if you’re hoping for a decent amount. It came out with delicious toasted bread to eat the bone marrow with, but it was overpriced and quite small for $25. I got bone marrow at a brasserie in Manhattan/New York City for $18, and the bones were almost twice the size as the little ones we were sold at Boulevardier. We love fine dining, but if we are going to pay $$$, I want to leave the restaurant fat and happy, or blown away, you know?

    Great food and service. But, parking is atrocious. It took about an hour to find a parking place. We won’t be going back soon as who needs the congrestion when there are many other more optimum choices.

    Boulevardier has been our go to for special occasions for several years. It never disappoints. Our server could not have been more attentive and accommodating. We had a 4 year old with us and she made sure he was well taken care of.

    We went for a father's day meal and had a great server! this is a beautiful restaurant in a cool, hip neighborhood. However, the price and food was a miss for us. Maybe we just don't like traditional French flavors? We had bone marrow, pork shank, duck confit, creme brulee and a bottle of wine - after tip it was $250. The bone marrow was good, but the duck and pork we didn't even finish because it just was a little bland and the flavors didn't feel cohesive. The creme brulee was not a thick consistency and the top was burned, not caramelized, and didn't have that satisfying "crack" but instead was rubbery.
