Seated and ordered immediately . Service was fair but we waited 45 min for our order.
Jay? the manager started us out with a complimentary glass of bubbly as we moved from a larger booth as people were moved outside from the rain....not necessary but appreciated! We therefore got off to a very good start, and our table was ready as promised at 8:00. The steak Tartare' was the BEST I have ever had. Scallops were good, and my Chicken was wonderful....desserts were both wonderful, being a chocolate mousse of sorts, and a delightful, traditional creme brûlée . Kristen sp? provided Excellent service throughout dinner...My Cab by the glass was quite good also! We look forward to coming back!
Understanding how difficult the restaurant business is and especially this past year we have supported the industry. We were looking forward to our evening as we have dined here many times and have had excellent food. Sorry but not this evening as the food was almost inedible. We were very disappointed in the presentation and the taste of the food. We had the chicken which should have been tender and easily come off the bone rather than having to struggle with flavorless overcooked chicken. The bolonesse pasta was gummy and the meat over cooked. I had asked the server, who was excellent, if you had a change of chef and she replied like a politician saying the head chef still created the menu, but did not prepare the food.
Everything was good. But that was it- nothing to write home about. Used to be a lot better.
Excellent mussels and brussel sprouts with a glass of great pior for a light Sunday supper. Love the casual but elegant ambiance too.
Everything we ordered was delicious. We had excellent service. We ate after 8:30 so the restaurant wasn't busy and it felt very Covid safe. It was our first time here but definitely not our last.
My favorite part place to eat in Bishop Arts. Great food, great wine list.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had!
Great service from the minute we entered. Spacing felt safe and appropriate. Wonderful ambiance and the birthday cake was a great surprise. Excellent meal all around.
It was perfect
Just a wonderful Sunday night experience here, also our first time. I had read reviews and heard some good word-of-mouth, so was interested in trying Boulevardier. Enjoyed the wonderful GSM Cotes de Rhone with the mussels and frites (a little on the heavy side with the plentiful bacon and creamy sauce) and the Mussels with a great pan sauce, along with apple, radish and broccolini.
A great birthday dinner!
Great service from Griffin and Kristin!!!!
The best thing about this place is brunch and oysters. Went for dinner and had the NY strip special and it was tough as leather. Risotto was ok. Also drinks are good but served in small glasses. Overall not the best value for dinner in the district.
Food was delicious and server was very friendly and provided great recommendations. Can’t wait to go back.
Great meal as always.
Food was really great, has a very nice White Burgundy with dinner and to start off, we got there early and each had a glass of Champagne at the bar before being seated. We will;l be back often.
Lovely setting really intimate. Love the choices of wine and the food was amazing.
Food was creative and delicious. Drinks were fantastic with a generous pour. Order an Aviation Cocktail! They make it perfectly.
The food and service was amazing!!! Highly recommend this quaint restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Great food and AWESOME COCKTAIL SELECTION .... The staff were laid back yet very attentive ... What a great little gem this was !!
First time visiting Boulevardier - we had a wonderful time!
Adam was very attentive and provided great recommendations.
We will be back!
Oysters , Octopus and mussel are an explosion of flavor.
Everything we order was good and we will come back!
Big disappointment . The food was pretty horrific
We ordered the grilled octopus (inedible, overcooked and chewy as a rubber), the crawfish dumplings (taste like frozen food). We barely took couple of bites of each plate. The waiter did not even asked anything when we asked the plates to be take from the table .
We decide to order the steak frites as well... not good either , we barely touch it. We ate the french fries ..,, whoever manages the kitchen seriously needs to rethink how they operate.
We paid couple hundreds for terrible food... but really writing this so people know what they will be finding here. Never again. This review will go on yelp too .
My favorite restaurant!
It was great! From cocktails to main courses all was flavorful and beautiful, the baby octopus appetizer was amazing and the duck confit gnocchis 😍😍
Service was nice and prompt, COVID measures were taken as much as posible. Things are being done right, I’m glad you are still open.
Had a lovely dinner on a rainy Sunday evening. It was one of the more bustling restaurants in the area that night. We loved the Brussel sprouts with the lardons and sweet soy! And you simply can't beat their burger with the sherry vinaigrette and Nathan's horseradish pickles...the fries just take it over the top! Kristen was our lovely server and took great care to make sure our experience was fabulous!
This place is consistently great! We love coming here for the amazing service, great cocktails, wine selection, and good food. Kristen is always our server and makes every visit worth looking forward to.
As always it was amazing!!
Very ncie restaurant with good food and cocktails. I expected white-tablecloth fine dining and was pleasantly surprised to fnd a more accessible and comfortable atmosphere while still delivering high quality service and food.
Tres bien! My family of four had a wonderful, celebratory pre-Christmas meal at Boulvedier. From wine and cocktails to entreees, we enjoyed every sip and bite. The crawfish beignets make a flavorful, memorable appetizer. We all enjoyed our entrees--2 orders of gnocchi, a coq au vin, and wagyu steak frite that melted in the mouth. The service was excellent. The bar and restaurant is attractive and inviting. We look forward to returning.
Great attentive service and a real "Foodies" kind of place. World class food.
Always love Boulevardier. The onion soup, the meat entre, the dessert was great as was the service.
The oysters are SO delicious! Fun restaurant in an even more fun area!
We went for our anniversary and everything was excellent! Kristen and Jay did a wonderful job. Can’t wait to come back!!
Fantastic experience! Worthy every dollar!
Great venue and great food. I will return.
Since our last visit, the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. We will not return.
Lovely experience. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.
