   Food was very nice but the service was terrible My wife and I got our food in pretty good timing but my 8 year old daughter had to wait for her food for over an hour They offered her a portion of chicken popcorn which took as long to come My wife and I had finished our meals before my daughter had any food what so ever, she did share our food but that's not the point. We asked one of the staff for the bill and she went home so we sat there for a further 30minuets Will not be going back

   Gorgeous food, brilliant service! We went on a Saturday afternoon, there was a good mix of people, families, ladies having lunch, hen parties, couples. The overall ambience was lovely, all the staff were tentative and friendly. Wide selection of drinks, including lots of non alcoholic! We’ll definitely be back!

   Disappointed 😞.....the actual place is amazing but the service was disappointing. When I booked I asked for prosecco on the table upon arrival but I had to ask for it. Although there were plenty of staff no one came to take our order for a long time. The food was lovely to be fair but once served no one came to ask how it was or if we wanted anymore drinks or anything else. Once we'd eaten no one came to us even though staff weren't busy. They were congregated at the back of the restaurant on phones and chatting. Eventually we called someone over to give us the bill and we left. Such a shame.

   What a complete waste of a night! Thought I’d try the place out seeing as it was an “Instagram” place. I was wearing clothes I had to model for a brand, which is a common thing in these types of places. So I had one drink while I was watching the calories after Xmas and I kept being bothered about more drinks. In the end I paid the bill so I wasn’t bothered and went to take pics at the back like other customers. As soon as I started, the waitress bothered my boyfriend and I asking if we wanted photos together, when it was clear that that’s not what we were trying to do. We both said “no thank you” and she pulled a face and walked off. Is she not aware that this a common practice for models? Overall bad vibe and atmosphere. Lighting was completely off for photos, had flood lights instead of LED. Drinks are watered down as well, very obvious they’re trying to cut costs. Don’t waste your night going here, there are much better places!

    Very nice place. Food was quick and loads to choose from. Food was all good. Cocktail choice not too good but was something to choose. Beers good. Service good. Had a great time and was 50% off for January so absolute bargain

    Went here with a friend, staff were knowledgeable about coeliac disease however there were items on the menu that were marked gluten free so I ordered them only for the sauce to be omitted due to it containing gluten which is fine however I was not notified of this and it was only when questioned that they disclosed this, otherwise food was lovely and would definitely return.

    Tammy’s 19th birthday. Beautiful venue. Staff went out of their way to cater for our needs. Very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go there again. Plenty of areas for photo opportunities

    Surroundings are fab but duck sushi wa at dry.. some soy sauce to accompany would have been welcomed. Mango prawns also pretty dry. Spicy tuna sushi rolls, truffle fries and sweet chilli chicken was lovely. Cocktails were over priced and wernt that great. Nice for a few pics for socials but have had way better food and drinks elsewhere!

    Staff were so friendly! Me and my mum have been to the Manchester boujee a few times & like the difference in atmosphere! The vibes were really good, drinks were amazing and it was nice to have a chilled evening! Thank you very much

    Really understaffed, took 45 mins for our drinks to arrive, took 30 mins for our drink order to be taken, No food menus provided, our waiter was lovely but was rushed off his feet and it was only his 2nd shift. Several drinks not available and quite expensive menu

    I wouldn’t return, no atmosphere, my daughter was given a drink in a champagne glass that when she put it down on the table it smashed and nobody came over to see if we were okay or even noticed. Won’t be returning

    Although the experience was nice the service was poor , we had our starters brought out at the same time as our mains and when we asked why our waitress replied with ‘you didn’t say any different’ Surley a starter comes before a main meal ? we were there for 3 hours and had 2 drinks as the service was so slow , we would have spent a lot more money otherwise , we did complain and another waitress was lovely and apologised . Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the venue is amazing hopefully next time we visit the service will be quicker and more efficient

    Our table was booked for 7:30pm and it wasn’t very busy however it took almost 30mins for us to order our drinks. We kept trying to get the servers attention and finally got their attention and took a further 20mins for the drinks to be bought out to us and the food was very moderate and nothing special, won’t be returning.

    The service was shocking, we ordered drinks and food at the same time and the food came out first, we then ate the food before the drinks even came, we had other stuff booked for this night so we couldn’t stay and have a drink, was not impressed at all, would not recommend at all!

    The music was too loud so you had to shout to speak to people. Our drinks didn’t come for 40 minutes. Even though we were given some free drinks the single vodka was horrible we left them both as we couldn’t bear to drink it. The strawberry drink was nice but the glass had a crack in it, can provide pictures. We were then charged service on top of our bill without being told. Expectations from Instagram were to have many photos opportunities however we were so disappointed by the lack of photo opportunities there were compared to Manchester and Liverpool.

    It was very loud had to shout for my partner to hear me ( he was sat beside me ) very young crowd pretentious and very fake . Just taking pictures of themselves . I’m 52 and go out often but this was way too much for me . Then the owner arrived and was having pictures taken with the diners . Toilets where a let down no full length mirror people complaining . Lovely pink decor just wish it wasn’t so noisy it spoilt the experience. Service was very slow waited 20 mins before we ordered drinks . Food was absolutely gorgeous when it came , the sea bass was the best I’ve had . Wouldn’t go again at night as it was too much , but might go with a friend in the day .

    Very very noisy, more of a club feel, we barely heard ourselves speak. Good music though. Maybe we were not the right age bracket the restaurant has as a target, to be fair, we are in our 40s. Good food and great quality fish but very small portions. If the regular maki portions are 6-8 pieces, here we got 4.

    Has the ability to be a great venue but the night we attended it was badly managed, messy and had very little atmosphere. We didn’t get a chance to try our cocktails as we waited over 20 minutes for service, so we left. If you want somewhere ‘Instagramable’ then, sure, this is the place for you. If you want quality, then maybe not. We are not from the area but we managed to sample a few very good bars and restaurants during our stay. We’ll be back to Chester but not Boujee.
