Server Eric was great and outdoor seating wonderful!!!!
I went to brunch on Sunday with my daughter. She had the omelette which was outstanding it had goat cheese, spinach, and mushrooms in it and it was delicious. I had the Croque Madame And it was disappointing. I had asked to include the egg, but it was woefully under cooked. I don’t mind Sunny side up eggs but there was a lot of uncooked white; an objectional amount. The sandwich hadn’t been cooked long enough ;the ham and cheese in the middle were not warm at all, although they were not cold.
Great! Really enjoyed the food thought it was very good.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we look forward to serving you again!
Food was delicious and the service was great! Definitely recommend!
We are delighted you enjoyed your visit and look forward to welcoming you again!
They took two hours to bring out out main course. The waiters were not very clear.
Food was great, and so were the cocktails!
Love this place it’s our go to special night out great food great service. Been going for years beautiful interior get dressed up go treat yourself
Best service. Carefully served.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was really lovely. They did an excellent job with social distancing - we never felt too close to other patrons, and the entire staff were well protected for their safety and ours. This was our first indoor dining experience since the pandemic began and it was a really great evening overall.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING I have no words
Thank you, we truly appreciate the feedback!
In the past, pre-covid I loved this place, both locations. I feel the quality, service and atmosphere is much to be desired now. The restaurant is trying to make appropriations for covid, has crammed tables tightly together with Plexiglas barriers that are full of finger prints, food and in great need of cleaning. You feel that you have been placed in a cage. The literal 12 inch I am from my neighboring table separated by the "cage" we are put in makes for the most undesirable dining experience, then topped by the adequate food, and service. I suggest this restaurant group looks at other parts of the country on how they are coping with covid restrictions and learn that there needs to be SPACE between tables not cages. Another note the mussels were lacking season and over cooked, steak was tough and again under seasoned, and it would be great if you added gluten free bread for burger. It is 2021.
Apps and dessert were amazing, entrees could have been better (specifically wagyu burger). Service abs vibe were good
Thank you for the kind feedback, we look forward to your next visit!
Not worth. Very expensive and the steaks are over cooked.
We waited 20 minutes to get seated past our reservation. Another 15 minutes before we got water or someone to come to us and take our order.
The barriers between the tables were pretty tight. I felt a bit confined.
Great location & attentive staff. However, had 2 tries of cocktails and they were both not good at all. Was very surprised. Food was great, even though it took a LONG time.
A good ambiance. Efficient service. Steaks were excellent and good selection of wines.
Always have a great time here. The ambiance and food are amazing
Beautiful decor that transports you straight to the 7th arrondissement! Flawlessly cooked food with Parisienne portions. Amazing staff and a full service bar. Must experience this place when in NYC.
I was disappointed with the level of service from my waiter. The was not friendly at all. He just took my order and that was all. Very different experience from the other location..
My friends and I went on Easter, and we were offered the worst table- the space was incredibly tight (and we know what NYC dining is like). It was an outdoor res and it was in a shed with some windows that opened and some that did not. I realize it was easter and everyone was eating out. We were accommodated with a slightly better table. Eggs were perfectly cooked, rest of food was good. Orange juice was served over ice, and I'm not even sure it was actual juice. I realize they were busy, but our waiter disappeared at the end, and we were never offered a dessert menu. Would we return? Probably not, when there are other restaurants that are better and have better service.
Due to travel restrictions, I chose this restaurant to experience the dining ambiance of a French brasserie but it beared little semblance of one. Food was decent, service attentive, but a bit rushed and pushy trying to pad bill for bigger tip. Worst yet, they had me endorse my reward benefit from Open Table, and instead of applying it to my bill, they pocketed it. I know covid has but a strain on this industry, but rather then trying to make everything back in one shot, it would be more beneficial to gain a loyal client base. I certainly won't be one.
I have never had food this amazing before, and the decor was really nice
Great ambience, solid drinks, food is good but overpriced.
Too expensive for the level / quality of food we got . Overpriced .
Terrible service, beautiful space, decent food.
Excellent food and location. Great outdoor seating too and very attentive service. Steak Frites was awesome - we got a 2nd order of fries they were so good!
French onion soup was great! Steak was great! Caesar salad tasted a little fishy from the anchovy dressing. Maybe use less anchovies.
The food is amazing and the decor is beautiful.
Great experience! Great food and drinks and beautiful outdoor patio area.
Delicious French meats and a good creme brûlée. Delish!
Celebrating a milestone birthday. It was our first time dining here. Beautiful space, good food. Prices a bit high. I just wish the staff put more of an effort in to make the birthday special (no real wine suggestion, no complimentary small dessert). Overall 3.5 out of 5 experience.
Outdoor dining was really an “indoor” setup on the sidewalk and very crowded. Incredible food but not the most covid friendly!
Love the food . But the most amazing thing was the staff. Eric on the West village location you are AMAZING. So kind and suggest the best and most delicious food on the menu.
Boucherie was fantastic! I would go back in a heartbeat. Perfect spot for any occasion. Service was excellent. Food was superb and ambience was lively and fun. Thanks for an incredible time.
Everything was great but it was my friend birthday I asked for dessert with candles but nobody give us! I’m so sad about it, I want to surprise him :(
2 hour wait for food
Average food at expensive prices. The "Outdoor" area is closed in so not really COVID safe.
It was very crowded and loud, it was not "outdoor" dining as the website indicated. We were seated in an area that was basically "inside" and enclosed aside from the windows that could be opened. There are plexiglass shields between tables, but that made us feel claustrophobic, and it was very tight fit, and it made for odd acoustics. The wait staff was friendly but it was really busy and when we asked if we could get our potatoes a little more brown when we placed our order, they said they'd have to check, which seemed odd to me, as I've cooked for many restaurants in my day. When they brought our food, they said the potatoes had been extra browned, but they weren't. I have eaten at many French bistros - everything was very oily, the potatoes were almost inedible. We had to ask for bread for the table. Maybe brunch isn't the way to go here - I understand we're just pulling out of a pandemic and it was a really spectacular day weather-wise, so everyone wanted to do brunch.
Beautiful setting, Covid-safe (outdoor) and great food
Merci, Gwen! Looking forward to welcoming you back soon!
Food was absolutely amazing!! Service was very mediocre. We were seated next to a serving station with multiple other tables open and were refused when we asked to be moved. They also served the wrong wine originally but then graciously replaced it despite having opened the bottle already. Food was superb so would likely give it another try to see if the service improved.
