First time in NYC with a group of 4, really loved the ambiance, food, and great service.
Great ambiance, thanks to the nice weather they had opened the patio and the big french doors which gave the place a great vibe. For a Monday the restaurant was quite full, but I am not surprised, considering that they have delicious food, and very attentive service
The Best Place in NYC!!!
Went there with my date and had an amazing time. Starting from the door until we left everything was outstanding, the food, the ambiance, and also the staff was very nice and friendly. Big thank you to Emil and Boucherie team!! Will be back soon!!
great on all counts
The food is just good. For the price and the service there are many other options where i’d rather spend my money. Honestly, It’s not a bad place, I just feel like it’s overrated for the price and the service that you receive.
Perfect experience. From the service to the food, everything was on-point.
My wife and I went here after a Broadway show. I’ve known about this place for a while. They seated us near a loud 4 top table with a bunch of loud, whining, drunk people .. the bar was busy but there were plenty of other tables to put us at. We started with the mussels which were overly fishy tasting. We get to the bottom of the pile and they left about 8 mussels (that were still closed) in the sauce. Last time I checked if they’re not opened , then they’re not edible. I ordered the filet special for Saturday, about 7 out of 10 if I had to rank it. My wife had a pork dish that was really good. Cocktails were good. Dinner was ok, I just wanted it to be better if I’m going to spend $260 on 2 drinks, 2 apps, and 2 dinners. Just being honest.
Food was great. Service was amazing
Our steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly; the sides (gratin, mashed, and brussels sprouts) were okay. The french onion soup was very rich and flavorful. The best dessert on this menu is the pistachio bombe glacee; we also got creme brulee, profiteroles (another favorite), and chocolate mousse. The tables are situated in extremely close proximity to each other but the restaurant wasn't a full capacity when we went, so our party of 4 could converse nicely; if the restaurant was >75% capacity, I would think the noise level would be very high.
Been many times and Boucherie never disappoints!
This is a very attractive restaurant with a nice ambiance - like being in a bistro in Paris. The food is very good. The restaurant can be very pricey, though, depending on what you order.
Everything was great! We had the Saturday steak special in a puff pastry. It was unique but very tasty. Our pistachio desert was exceptional. The staff were great helping us make food and wine decisions. The vibe was very similar to restaurants I’ve been to in Paris. What a spot!
Great place and great food. I'd definitely recommend this place and go again.
classic brasserie with a lovely wine list and great service. perfect spot for a bite in the hood
