Very nice place… the service was outstanding. The food no so great. The grouper had no flavor at all. My crab pasta was very sticky and dry. The Mac and cheese same no favor very bland.
The service was impeccable! The manager came over twice and even gave us a dessert for our 22nd anniversary. We will be back!

The service was good. The food was fair. My steak was undercooked, my husband’a steak was over-cooked. My mother thought the stuffed flounder was dry. I enjoyed the bearnaise sauce and would probably try a salad during lunch.
One of our favorite restaurants! Never had a bad meal there!

Very nice restaurant, this was our first time visiting for brunch on Father's Day. We ordered Avocado Toast, Chicken and Waffle & the Salmon. The avocado toast was great and came with potatoes which were tasty. The chicken/waffle was ok, chicken did not have a lot of seasoning and the waffle was just ok also- the maple syrup gave it a good taste though. My husband indicated that the salmon was awesome - he actually cleaned his plate, the mushrooms on the side were very tasty along with the whipped potatoes. If you are looking for that "soul food" taste for your chicken and waffle, you may not get it here, but overall I gave the restaurant 4 stars because everything else was great, we were greeted AND seated immediately which is important and the waiters/waitresses were extremely attentive. We will surely return at some point!
First time visit to Bottles and Bones ... my son was visiting from out of state and we both enjoyed our meals and appetizers ... esp the oysters! We will be back!

Our food was amazing as well as our service. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. The hostess placed us in an area away from the music so that we could have conversation as it was our anniversary. The staff did all they could to help in this way. Because the floor plan is very open, it was difficult to have a good conversation during dinner. My husband doesn’t hear very well, so that’s not on the staff or restaurant. I will say the lobster bisque was amazing! It’s been awhile since I’d had it, but it was truly divine! Based on the dress required, I figured it would be a little more formal, although we were a bit overdressed because it was a special occasion. I was pleasantly surprised that patrons were nicely dressed, but very comfortable. I like this policy, as well as what is expected from patrons as far as behavior. It’s nice to be at a place where this is valued, particularly when alcohol is served. I’m big on promoting very good local restaurants like this... keeps us from having to go into Atlanta, where things have gotten pretty dangerous. It’s been tough for restaurants during the pandemic, and I’m very willing to support the good ones in Suwanee like Bottles & Bones.

Bottle and Bones was wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and it was the perfect spot! The food, service, and live music were all amazing. I would definitely go back!

We have gone every Wednesday night for ladies night for about eight months. This past Wednesday, they change the ladies night drink menu. The drinks have no alcohol. Or at least it seemed. They took certain things off the menu. That we really enjoyed before. The drinks and those certain things like crabcakes were wet I went to ladies night for. I just feel like they are starting to get cheap. Especially on the alcohol. Hopefully they will see this and change things back.

The server took A good 15 minutes to acknowledge the table. The server walked by our table a minimum of 5 times but never said a word
. Very slow on the drinks the croissants tasted like the were in the kitchen for a week, they were bad and sent back my chicken and waffles was poor at best. I have tasted better frozen waffles and the chicken was overdone.
The server had a poor attitude and the management staff was poor. He spent most of his time running orders

This was our first time going, and it was a great experience and will definitely be going back.
The steaks were overcooked on 2 of the 3 plates. Ordered medium rare and got "well" and one other was supposed to be medium and turned out "well". To top it off... my wife ended up in the bathroom for hours upon our return home.

There was a piano player in the bar and it was very loud even in the restaurant side. When I go out to a restaurant, especially a high priced restaurant, I want to be able to have a conversation during my meal - not compete with music.
One of our meals (steak and lobster tail) came out much later than the other meals. Then when it did come out, the steak was raw. The meal was comped; however it lessens the experience and chance of us returning.

We tried this restaurant because we are tired of always driving to the city for nice dining. We literally live less than 5 mins from the address. Upon entering the restaurant, it has very nice ambiance. On their restaurant they stated they had a “dress code” but I noticed a male with flip flops on. The staff wasn’t as polished as I feel they should be considering the price points for the meals. I am aware of the lack of individuals willing to work during this pandemic and staffing is challenging so we overlooked it. We started off with a dozen oysters, lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. The oysters were really good and fresh and so was the lobster bisque. The shrimp cocktail was just okay. For the main meal, my date ordered the scallops while I ordered the steak and lobster special. The steak was a hanger steak and it had good flavor. I asked for medium and it came out medium rare but I didn’t complain. The lobster was disappointing as the sauce they layered on top was extremely salty and it ran into
the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Considering we often eat at Chops, Hal’s, Frankie’s etc. we were really looking forward to an exceptional meal and service. This location has some work to do.

This evening was a train wreck. Worst waiter I’ve come across in 35 years of dining out. This guy was either high or never trained properly. We spent over $240.00 for a bad experience. Food was just ok risotto was the worlds worst the scallops were cooked properly thank god. The bozo waiter was a joke we almost walked out before we ever ordered he insisted we were at a Steak house and they didn’t do seafood well. Not sure if he was just trying to upsell us or what. Had great drinks at the bar which I would recommend we should have eat there. If I was still a restaurant manager/ operator I would try to fix this place before you let bone head staff run your business into the ground. Good Luck ...

Restaurant was very loud. Between the music and large parties it was hard to hear my wife speak directly across from me. Food was good, both my wife and I had to send our steaks back because they were undercooked but once they came out, they were very good.

Love most everything about this restararunt. The only complaint and its not really a complaint but was there with a friend celebrating her birthday and waiter ask if it was something special and was told it was her birthday. We ordered drinks and appetizer and then our meal. The waiter came by and showed us deserts and said to pick one. I was under the impression that it was a free birthday desert. I wasnt told it was free but just assumed because most restaraunts do that. Anyway I was charged for the desert.

The bar is the best. They have high top tables where you can eat your dinner and then there is live music and dancing.

Took the family out to dinner, every dish on point, fresh, nicely presented, and taste was excellent.
Perhaps the best experience was our waiter, NEAL he was professional, verbalized all of our orders, brought each course out with perfect timing. His customer service skills were 5 star alone. Chris and Cullen were on point as well running food, pre-busing, and making sure all tables were covered. They were like hammerhead sharks, making sure everyone’s dining experience was flawless.
This is the place to go for dinner.
Will continue to come back.

Everything was great.
We loved it. Scott was the man who took care of us and he was fantastic. Had some really great suggestions on the foods, the wine, the drinks. Was really friendly, all the rest of the staff that we interacted with were great. The food was fantastic. Little bit pricey but overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning.
