   This is a gem of a restaurant with a wide variety of unique culinary creations. We were there with friends to celebrate birthdays and were not disappointed. We shared our plates, tapas style, every one of which had a beautiful presentation and a blend of tantalizing flavors. The rolls melt in your mouth and are not to be missed. The service was friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of beers and wines. I didn't notice the noise level, but we were able to easily converse with our friends. We can't wait to return.

   The food could not have been more delicious. The trout, dumplings, and scallops were beautifully presented and the flavors were perfect, craveable in fact. The food is amazing here, it's innovative and comforting at the same time. The Parker House rolls are worth every calorie. The staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The cocktails are creative and fabulous. What I don't like is having to order more than one main dish. If I want small plates, I would go to a tapas bar. I think this menu would be perfect for the beautiful bar downstairs, but the upstairs restaurant should offer the same normal sized entrees they had initially. I love this this place and hope they return to the original menu format.

   Have had very good dinners here in the past. Had not been back to Bottle and Bine for a few months. The menu was greatly changed- for the worse. Small plates- but when they say "small" they meant minescule. And extremely expensive. Would not go back for that menu.

   Food was excellent (although overpriced for quantity) and service impeccable. However, for a place billed as a wine bar, the selection of by the glass offerings was small, uninspiring, and overpriced.

    Went for a solo dinner On a Thursday night. Great beer and wine list by the glass, there was also a special on select beers. Bartender was very friendly and offered samples of certain beers. Food was excellent, but portions are extremely small.
