   The restaurant is really beautiful (in my opinion), the wait time to get in was ….. too much to be a reservation, we have check in kind of 10 min before the reservation and we got in almost 20 min after the check in, then the time for the service was ….. (I think if you want to eat something really tasty but you have time and u are not starving….. go to this place), our server was really awesome 👏🏻, the food was more than amazing CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE CHEFS!!, nothing bad to say about the food, the drinks were not the best in the restaurant and our waiter took care of us, as I said Kyle was awesome, thank you for the experience to all the staff, I think I’ll be back in a not busy time!!

   Excellent food. Go there for Happy Hour and try the oysters and other delectable crudities that are offered, along with affordable drinks! All the items we ordered were really delicious and the servers are great.

    We were made to wait even though we had reservations and there were several open tables, not a problem. I had come for their “Date Night” menu which mentioned 50% off “Specialty Cocktails”. We were informed by our waitress that there was a limit of one cocktail each at the discounted price, which did not set a good mood for the evening. The service was exceptional as things arrived very promptly and the food was very good as were our one each cocktails. I would have given a 5 star rating were it not for pulling the rug out from their offer which is highly advertised.

    It's been years since we've been to Bottiglia. Wanted something different since the weather is heating up and a steakhouse wasn't it. Made the choice for Bottiglia and was so happy we did, forgot how pretty, open and airy. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food was everything I wanted it to be, fresh and delicious. You can tell everything is made from scratch and it was great. I'll be craving those tastes again and again. Can't wait to try the brunch!!!

    The waiter, who was very nice, was horribly uninformed about how to accommodate food allergies. He was unaware of what was in the items on the menu and what accommodations could be made. The food (that we used to love), was nowhere near the quality we're used to, at the increased prices, an expectation that quality is at least maintained is more than fair. Sadly, after years of going to Bottiglia, it may be a while before we return.

    If you haven't heard of Bottiglia, it must have somehow become Las Vegas's best kept secret. Exceptional experience for just a quiet evening or for a group with a celebration. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are outstanding!

    I had a wonderful brunch with my mother at Bottiglia. All the staff were nice, especially Bella our server. I met 2 hostesses, and both were very sweet and accommodating. We had a pit stop at the bar, and the bartender was kind and fast. There were lots of choices on the menu that appealed to us. The bottomless drink prices were fair. The atmosphere was bright and beautiful, and there was live music. And the food was good. I had a steak and it was cooked perfect (rare/charred per my request). My mother had crab pasta and I was very jealous. She enjoyed her food too.

    The bread has changed drastically. Was hoping for the original bread not Costco French bread. Would not order lobster ravioli again. Only four ravioli with zero lobster meat noticed. A disappointing dinner as we brought our neighbors to experience this restaurant we thought was a hidden gem.

    Our waitress brought us water then disappeared. We waited so long to order. The place was not busy, lots of empty tables. I really didn’t like that there were tvs everywhere. I expect that in a sports bar but not in a nice restaurant. Food was pretty good except my fathers salmon was very under cooked. Overall an ok place. Not sure I would seek this place out to go back. We had player points, only reason we picked it.

    Three stars because the mushroom truffle tagliatelle was fantastic, but that was about it. Skip the oysters. They did not taste fresh and were terrible. Sat at the bar in a nearly empty restaurant, where the bartender was polite, but more concerned with chatting up the folks she knew sitting on the other side of the bar. Wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t great from a service perspective. We are fans of most of the restaurants at GVR, but this one was a miss.

    Ambience great food great prices great. Service at the bar no personality. Unable to suggest a cocktail or anything really. The hostesses were dressed cute the other waitresses nicely dressed. Bartenders looked terrible. Doesn’t fit the vibe.

    Last minute reservation. Great good. Even better service. Went late (8pm) so was relatively quiet. No issues having a nice conversation. Very pleased with the entire experience. Locals and we will be back.
