Based on the online reviews I was expecting this to be an experience. We chose to go here to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. The service was slow, and the waiter didn't seem to care at all about us. He just wandered around and kept disappearing. It wasn't busy. The food was mediocre. The pasta's were plain jane run of the mill, the pizza was decent, the traditional lasagna was ok, but no one in our party of five thought the food was worth going for, especially at that price point.

We asked for a quiet table and the hostess did a good job of seating us as requested. The lasagna was excellent and the restaurant was nicely decorated. Would definitely go again. Our server David was perfect!

Wonderful place to dine. We have been there 3 times with friends and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Portions are fairly large, servers were attentive and the prices reasonable. The tiramisu they brought us for our anniversary was the best I have ever had. You need to experience this restaurant and I am sure you will go back again and again.

We chose Michelangelo's to celebrate a friend's birthday. Her favorite food is Italian and Michelangelo's is the perfect place to enjoy it. There was six of us, I love that the tables are round, so we're all able to see each other. We enjoyed bottles of wine, delicious appetizers and entrees, along with each other's company.

We eat there three or four times when we are in Tucson for the winter. Main attraction is their desert menu. Their tiramisu is to die for. I plan my main course around desert.

Lovely spot for get together with friends. Choices for food are good. Very festive atmosphere in the entire busy restaurant. It is pretty noisy so don’t expect a quiet dining experience. Good is ok.

Unfortunately, the "famous" cheeseburger has been removed from the Happy Hour menu. However, the new Italian sausage burger is good. Noise level was extremely loud as the restaurant was very crowded.

The restaurant is very popular - probably because one can have a “good” Italian meal at lower cost than competing Italian restaurants which are either more expensive or lower quality than Micahaelangelo’s.

Excellent meals, good value, and welcoming staff. We also had large gatherings there, and they made it very enjoyable. It is worth the drive for us of 25 min to have dinners and events.

The food is delicious, but my husband's serving of eggplant parmesan was skimpy. Also, we chose to split a Caesar salad and what each of us got was a few leaves of Romain, a drizzle of dressing, and about five croutons. It was pretty, but there wasn't much to it. On the positive side, my risotto was fantastic and more than I could eat. I took half of it home. I'll order that again.

We use to Love this restaurant. The last few visits have been disappointing. When you enter the young women up front are quite friendly but there is a middle aged woman ( perhaps the owner) who is running the front of the house. She never says hello or welcome, just gives you a look and makes you feel uncomfortable. The food is ok, not what it was even a year ago. The bar is loud and busy which is fine. I just prefer to spend my money where I feel valued.

I used to love coming here but not last night must have been off for them. My pasta was bland and not worth $18. The noise in that restaurant is loud and waaay overcrowded.

The team is so wonderful. We were placed in an area that was extremely loud because of a large, large group and we asked to be moved and it happened immediately. The food is absolutely delicious. Comes to you nice and hot and the staff is amazingly attentive . Five star.

We sat outside, with a quiet dog in its carrier. The staff was attentive and made good recommendations. The food was excellent. It was quite busy for a Wednesday evening, but the service was quick. We enjoyed the variety of the Italian offerings, including the seafood options. We will be back.

liked the pre-meal bread with the balsamic and the ceasar salad. didn't like the spicy tomato sauce with the mussles and the bread served with it was overpowering with the cheese! pasta dish was a c minus. Juan the waiter was good. wife's seafood tortillini was a c. second time there, won't be going back.
