Service was not up to past visits to the Bottega. Seemed like there were quite a few inexperienced and/or inattentive servers in our section. Food was excellent as usual, but the breast portionof the Chicken Arrostito was dry.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and this was the highlight of his day. We were seated after a brief wait, had excellent service, and pleasant interaction with other staff. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was terrific. The highlight was the tiramisu.

First time to this restaurant and enjoyed it. We did have a problem with a fly bothering us during dinner which was a disappointment. But, the food was very good as well as the service (except at the front door where 3 young women were hanging around and did not offer door assistance for an elderly woman who is shaky on her feet and the other woman (me) who was limping along in a foot/leg cast.

Arrived for Happy Hour and the waitress was very accommodating to let us visit until 4:00. Served us bread until we ordered. The food was not down sized and was cooked to perfection. The server came by several times to check with us about the food and needing anything. Bought a bottle of the Malfy Orange Gin from Italy. They us but I. The mixed drinks. Very good price too. We have been to Michelangelo's many times. It is the go to restaurant to take family and friends. The manager, Joe made arrangements for my wife's 70th birthday and the German Chocolate cake was to die for according to our friends and family. We love Michaelangelo's food selection and ambience. No other Italian restaurant in the Tucson area is better.

Fantastic restaurant. Hardest thing about it is finding a parking space in their huge lot. It's always packed! A good sign. Everything is good, great wine list, food, desserts, servers. Great for date night or dinner with friends.

Gave this restaurant another try after years of being away and the customer service still lacks greatly. Tried to share soup with my wife and they just gave us on odd bowl with two spoons. Wife asked to not have tomatoes on her dish and asked if they could sub a different vegetable and we were told it would add to the food cost and they could not sub on a $20+ salmon dish. No attention is paid to the customer experience.

The food was amazing for the most part. My wife had the pork and it was so tender. No knife was used to cut the meat. I did not like my order of cannelloni. The filling of the crepes was lacking. It was not flavorful like the other items we ordered.

This is our "go to" favorite in Oro Valley. We were disappointed to have to wait for a table, despite our confirmed reservation. We had to repeatedly ask for bread, after waiting over 10 minutes for a server to approach our table to offer water - and that was the first contact, after sitting for 10 minutes. Drinks took quite awhile to be served as well. There was no silverware at one of the plates. They just appeared to be understaffed. Maybe need to close the patio if that happens in the future? We still love the food and will surely return. Hoping they get the timing and staffing honed in a bit before Snowbird season arrives.

Drinks , vodka on the rocks were very small, the server told us to order a double, so he already knew it looked like someone drank half the drink b4 it got to the table. My suggestion, Use smaller glasses. Had meatball app, 1 meatball for $5. Chicken arrostito, very small but tasty. Branzino small portion but good. 2 glasses of wine, 9oz pour. It was my bday , server brought out the tiramisu and candle but never asked if we wanted coffee, had 2 espresso's after. Since Tucson and the surrounding area has no good Italian restaurants (southern cooking) this is our goto. Now not so much. If our server was more attentive and the alcohol was less then what we spent on the food I would have enjoyed my bday dinner.
