They closed the whyte ave location and didn’t check if there were future reservations through open table. We showed up and the place was closed. The website still has the close location on it too. When we contacted the jasper ave location, they said they canceled their open table account for the whyte ave location 3 weeks ago. We booked our anniversary dinner 2.5 months ago. Based on the poor customer service we will not go to the other location downtown ever.

Food was good and came out in a timely manner. Waitress seemed uninterested in being at work and therefore showed in how she served us. Overall okay experience.

I found the cost for the quality not good. The ambiance was nice but the server was rushing us and the food was just ok. Shrimp way too salty, appetizers ok.

The good and service was very good and the noise level was low. We could hear each other talk! All was good until we asked for a decaf latte. Sorry folks but we don’t have decaf! We were amazed that you didn’t so we all went to Starbucks down the block and your restaurant lost the $20 that we (4) would have spent at your restaurant.

We had been to the downtown Bottega and with tickets to the Opera, we felt this would be a good place for a early meal. This is of course the old Packrat Louies and the floor plan is similar. I actually prefer the ambience to the downtown location. Food was excellent.

Consistent in every great way. One of our go-to’s several times a month whether it’s as a couple or with our 2 sons. I love the Margarita pizza with arugula

Food was incredibly disappointing. Our entire party felt their food was of very low quality and taste (especially the botega pizza -- absolutely flavorless.). Much better options around for the same price or less. Definitely wouldn't recommend or return.
