Good place for drinks and appetizers. The calamari was excellent but when it came to our entrees, they lacked flavor and originality besides a disk of chicken. We ordered the ravioli which was not impressive and the Chicken Milanese was dry as was the Chicken Parmesan. Would be a good place to sit at the bar, after work, and enjoy the original drinks served.

Worst food we've had in Brooklyn. Walked the Brooklyn bridge and found this spot thinking we'd have a lovely Italian dinner to end the evening. We ordered "bruschetta" which was actually a ricotta and 3 (very very very small) fig slices (no tomatoes to be found on the dish), it was so bad we didn't even finish 2 of the 3 slices. The tricolor salad and the branzino were the only edible dishes. Do not order the chicken saltimbocca or eggplant parm--you will be wildly disappointed.

Food was nothing special and was produced very quickly. Meal felt rushed and hurried. Main appeared minutes after the starter was finished. Staff friendly bit too attentive meaning it felt impersonal. Ambience very nice though. Expensive but not for New York.

Overall, we had a beautiful Valentine’s Day dinner here. It turned out to be a prix fixe menu, which we didn’t know when we booked and that brought the price up, but the food was impeccable and you know what it was a special occasion. Weight staff was friendly, ambience was perfect for a date. This is such a nice option here in downtown Brooklyn. Will definitely return

Went there for Valentine's Day, so ordered from the prix fixe menu. The appetizer was the best octopus I've ever had. Not that I have it that often, but wow! Wonderful piece of steak, and delicious chocolate dipped strawberries. And by today's standards, quite a good value.

We were greeted with open arms by the manager even minutes before last call. Ruben was a great server. Recommended some dishes. My girlfriend and i were pleased with our meals and service. Thanks for making our date night memorable!

We dined here on our first night in Brooklyn a few weeks ago. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was attentive and friendly from our server and the owner. Food was great. We ordered: Rigatoni All’Amatriciana Margherita Pizza The house bread and focaccia with olive oil was yummy too. Drinks: I had a glass of Red wine and hubby had an Old Fashioned. Dessert: We finished up with pistachio gelato (made in-house) and a cannoli, plus an Espresso Martini. All in all a very enjoyable meal.

Great brunch spot for a catch-up with an extremely authentic decor. Cocktails (prosecco/elderflower) were tasty, and the avocado toast with poached eggs really hit the spot and was extremely filling. Am looking forward to returning for dinner to sample some of their pasta creations.

Our last night in Brooklyn and we just wanted a good meal close to our hotel. Botte did not disappoint. The ambiance was surprisingly good and the food and service were over the top! My husband and I each had the bolognese and it was fabulous! Wait staff was courteous and helpful.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive. We were seated within seconds. The waiter was excellent! Great portions by the way.. and the food is great. Sangria was the bomb! I highly recommend this Botte!!!
