   We liken to is restaurant alot and plan to return soon. The food was excellent and the area we were seated in was nice; just off the main part of the restaurant. Staff were friendly. Server a little too talkative but otherwise it was a nice Mother’s Day dining experience.

   What a beautiful evening at Botanist. I've been wanting to try it for a few years, and when I learned my sister would be in town for her birthday, we decided to celebrate. This is the first culinary experience I've had in Vancouver after 7 years that meets the culinary experiences I was having in Washington DC and New York - I'm so happy to have finally found something luxuriously wonderful. The highlights were the cocktails and the desserts. Also, the tagliatelle appetizer was spectacular. All of our mains were just a touch off on balance, but still very high quality. We ordered every dessert plus one off menu and that was the right decision by far. Every bite was perfection. The staff were all friendly, warm, attentive, without hovering or being haughty (as can sometimes happen in finer establishments). They may have been my favourite part of the entire experience. We will be back.

   Wonderful experience at Botanist Bar! Roland was hands down the best bartender we've ever had-super friendly, attentive, & kind! The cocktail and martini he made were smooth, delicious, and so easy to drink. We also tried the scallops & the carpaccio-both were packed with flavor & had such great textures. Roland your one of the reasons Botanist is one of the Top 50 Bars in North America. Great vibes, awesome food & amazing service!

   What an incredible culinary and dining experience. From creative cocktails at the bar to the wine pairings with the tasting menu. Everything was perfect.

   Amazing I would go there again! The Americano and Mimosa were so good and the lunch items - burger and mushroom pasta were super good, I will be taking the whole family!

    Thanks so much to the wonderful team. We had mixed dietary needs and the kitchen was able to make everyone happy. The whole reason we try and support a fantastic local talented team. A wonderful night had by all. Thank you Perfection, Discretion, Elegence. Todd and team.
