   Please bring out the starters separately from the mains. We enjoyed the food but the experience felt quite rushed. Service could’ve been more attentive.

   The food was incredible, tasty, full of colours and imagination. Delicious. The one thing that was disappointing and I want to mention - it was my friend’s birthday (I added a note to my booking) and I expected at least a candle on the cake we ordered. I really wanted his experience to be extra special. So minus points for the lack of detail.

   Really enjoyed our experience here. We came for lunch and chose a variety of options with wine. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff very lovely. The only thing I would say is that pretty much every plate came with bread, which was delicious, but maybe a bit too much. Most likely a result of our ordering, but think it would have made the experience even better to have some carb variety on the menu

   Truly outstanding breakfast 🍳 I chose Botanique for a birthday treat and I think it’s truly the highest quality food in Brighton. The ambiance was so elegant, warm and calming. The general manager was so charming and welcoming.

   Another exceptional meal at the lovely Botanique. Staff attentive and engaging as always and the food is just exquisite - delighted to see a couple of non vegetarian options on the menu now too - a welcome improvement from a personal perspective. Very highly recommended.
