    Chef Sandro has done a magnificent job with this new restaurant. Delicious food with a casual vibe within Kimpton Mas Olas. Gotta come try it and see what you’ve been missing!

    Great restaurant for dinning and great food. We are vegetarian so had options and brick oven pizza is best of best. Strongly recommending to all food lovers.

    Truly an incredible Mexican-Italian farm to table dining experience. Vegetable focused garden cuisine. Presentation and flavours are out of this world and chef Sandro is like no other! Go!

    We had an outstanding meal. Our family tried everything from the fresh salad, soup, pizza, pasta and steak. Every one of us enjoyed it! Highly recommend.

    This place is such a hidden gem! We are locals and we love bringing our out-of-town guests to Botánica. It’s visually stunning and the food is so fresh and flavorful. The service is fantastic, super friendly and they really make an effort to make everyone happy—even creating off-menu food and beverages to satisfy the pickiest eaters. If you are lucky and Chef Sandro is there, you may get to tour the organic veggie and herb fields (just adjacent to the restaurant) or visit the baby goats! We can’t wait to return to try their newest menu items debuting next week. ❤️

    My recent dinner at Botánica with my wife was wonderful in every way. The open air atmosphere surrounded by gardens with romantic lighting was so lovely. Manuel our server was excellent - attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Our Margaritas and Mezcalitas were perfectly prepared. We were presented with a plate of pillowy focaccia and a delicious side of oven roasted garden eggplant purée. We started with “Botanica in a Vase” which was a huge colorful salad made from fresh and pickled vegetables from the garden dressed with a Flor de Jamaica dressing. For entrées we ordered the Catch of the Day which was Cabrilla and it was so fresh and perfectly grilled. I think the best piece of Cabrilla ever! We requested corn tortillas and they made us incredible blue corn ones. Manuel said they get the blue corn from Oaxaca. Fresh sautéed vegetables and excellent salsas accompanied the fish. We also ordered a Pizza Margarita which was well prepared - classic, just the right amount of toppings on a good crust. We look forward to returning!

    Hidden in Pescadero, Botánico at Más Olas is an unforgettable dining experience where nature and flavor collide. The lush, open-air ambiance sets the tone for an evening that feels effortlessly magical. The Compressed Pineapple and Burrata were especially delightful— they were the perfect harmony of sweet, tangy, and savory, showcasing the chef’s creativity with local ingredients. Service was warm, attentive, and perfectly paced, with every dish delivering bold, fresh flavors. We'll be back!
