Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. The food was not good. Steak was undercooked and left a weird aftertaste. It tasted old and bad. For the price it was very disappointing.

The atmosphere is Great. Soft lights, intimate with a little trendy hipness. The servers all pleasant. I’ve been 3 times. Each time I wore very nice silk shirt and black jeans. Each time I felt way over dressed. Lots of shorts and tshirts which was disappointing as I was hoping to impress my quests with a nice restaurant. The hostess and waiters are NOT dressed sharp either. Which is fine. But the prices are reflecting finer dining. Also my invited quests mentioned they were shocked they didn’t clean up the table between appetizer and entree’s nor before desert was served. Which brings me to the food. It may have been one of the plainest steaks I’ve had in years. Although I could cut it. Cooked Very very rare. My quests asked me to please send it back. I left a large portion and didn’t even request to go. It came with a small bundling of green beans. Under cooked. And 1 small potato that was good. Very disappointing. My quests were NOT impressed.

Fabulous! Food and service were perfect. A little noisy due to a party but they reseated us in a quieter corner. But the entrance really is in an alley and not sure how you get downstairs to the restaurant if you are not able to walk steep stairs. Just FYI. Ambience is delightful.

First time trying this place. Food and service were very good! The atmosphere was very cool but a little loud for having conversation. Overall a nice experience

The entire experience start to finish was sublime. Even the waiter and chef knew what to do regarding my gluten allergy and it was SO GOOD!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be returning. We were greeted with prosecco and ushered to our table. We ordered the Steak Tartare, and Foie Gras for hors d’oeuvres and the Wagu for main course. Christopher was our waiter and checked on us often. The chef even stopped by to discuss his personalized charcuterie board with us….AMAZING! Looking forward to our next visit.

Celebrated our anniversary last night at BT&A and it was phenomenal. It was our first time visiting, so we didn’t have anything to compare it to, but it completely blew us away. From the complementary glass of prosecco upon arrival, to the secluded area where we were seated, it was clear just how intentional they are. My husband ordered the seafood special and I had the gnocchi. Both our meals were beyond our expectation!

It was so good! Took my dad there to celebrate Fathers Day. We usually go to Bull in Alley but this was sooo good.
