   We were a group of 16 .. atmosphere was great food came on time late but that’s understandable since we are a lot that should eat together .. The service was amazing and servers were very helpful and fast . it’s a great option for a family restaurant in the city ..

   Horrible experience! Made a reservation yet they sat us in the bar area..when it was dead!?? Waitress never wrote down order, got it all wrong, pizza dried out and barely warm. Left pretty much the entire meal and ate elsewhere! At least they took most of the food off the bill (especially since we didn’t eat most of it!). Eat at Boston Pizza all over Canada, never had such an awful experience!

   I made an online reservation on May 26th in advance for Jun. 10th 8pm for 10 people to watch the raptors game. The afternoon before I called in to confirm the spot and asked for a low seat to accommodate my mom who is in her 70s and can’t sit in a high stool. The lady on the phone passed me to a manager who understood the situation and told us he will seat us in a private room. Upon arrival, there was over a 200 people wait list as per the hostess. She then mentioned my name was not on the reservation list and asked for the name of the lady and manager whom I spoke with. Luckily I had the email confirmation as proof. Long story short, I ademantly insisted on speaking to two people one of whom was a manager. They didn’t let us up until the manager told everyone to leave bc they were full. I again asked about my spot. They let me up just to be told by staff that they weren’t even any chairs left and they were frustrated of the situation as well. Finally they managed to free up some booths for us as my mom had to make it up and down the steep steps and was exhausted from having to wait over an hour and a half. We could tell that the wait staff tried their best as this was out of their hands. Having said that, the reservation process was miss and poorly managed. We were confirmed for a private room with acoser view for special accommodations for my mom. This turned into us almost not being able to get in after bringing a group of 10 people there and we ended up having to split our parties into different booths. It was a bit more frustrated bc we had confirmed the night before emphasizing that we required special accommodation for an elderly lady. I trust that this type of situation will be handled with much better communication and care next time. All and all it was a very frustrating night for us. Susan

   We went for the Harry Potter trivia evening and left disappointed with the event. The host of the trivia game admittedly had no knowledge of the franchise at all, he was just reading the questions aloud. For 20$ per team, it wasn’t engaging or entertaining. The prizes also didn’t feel worth the money. There are much better free trivia options elsewhere, wouldn’t go back to this one. All of that being said, we did enjoy our food, and the sky lounge is a nice hidden spot in the city.

   This location was great. Food and drinks were awesome. The ambiance was exceptionally good. The only thing is a little trek to get up to the restaurant. But overall my experience was great.

   We dined on the patio level at BP and really enjoyed the views, sounds and ambience. Service was prompt and mostly efficient. Leave a pitcher of water instead of 15 trips. Nachos were outstanding. Great cheese melt and plenty of toppings. All of our sandwiches were great. No room for dessert.
