Appetizer came out two minutes before entrée, entrées for eight people came out minutes apart. Soft drinks for me an empty throughout the meal, there was an issue with food however, the manager did address it well. The restaurant was extremely noisy, kids screaming, teenagers chasing each other around and playing the senior game. Just loud and chaotic. The whole experience appeared to cause issues for the staff with service not being to the usual standard. We visit Boston Pizza fairly often and this was honestly not to the standard in which we usually enjoy..

The place was dirty and gross. The server spoke directly over our food and did not display best practices in food handling protocols. Our dishware was dirty and gross. Our reserved table was not available and led us to sit in a terrible dirty spot where they just gave us a table that was available. They claimed because it’s a game night. But isn’t that why we reserved a table?..the lounge request was also not available! The food quality diminished. Why book a table if they won’t reserve one for you.

Was a great time. Went for a group work Christmas lunch and was a very good experience. Food was great, service was great and all 9 people left with the same experience of can’t wait to return. We all were very very satisfied.

As usual food was good service was good, was there for lunch, so time is an issue and the service was propmt all in all a good lunch place. .

Our waitress was courteous and provided very good service. The pizza was tasty but the quesadilla was too spicy. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere in the lounge.
