We usually love Boston pizza however this experience was not great right from the beginning. First, our reservation was “lost” from OpenTable. No problem, they sat us relatively quickly. But we then sat and sat without any service. Finally the host came and got our drink order - which took a very long time to deliver. Then our waitress came over and took our order, this was one of the three times we saw her. Once our order came out, we were missing food and food was wrong but no one came to check. We had to track down a manager twice and it still took a long time to get the right food. We also had to find someone else to get refills. Then to finish the whole experience, we had to track her down again to get our bill and she made comment that the kitchen was at fault… The manager and host were very nice but it seemed very disorganized and lack of communication.
