We visited this Boston Pizza on a Sunday with a reservation—and in the reservation, we specifically noted that we’d have a baby with us. Despite that, the hostess tried to seat us at a high-top table in the bar area. She handed us a booster seat and said, “Sorry, that’s all we have.” It’s unacceptable and unsafe to expect a one-year-old to sit at a high-top. My partner had to speak up for us to be moved to a booth. We were happy to wait a few minutes—it just shouldn’t have taken a complaint to be seated appropriately, especially when our reservation clearly mentioned we had an infant. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. Our assigned server avoided us repeatedly, walking past our table multiple times. When she finally came over, she acted like she was doing us a favor by “taking over” the table, even though it was clear that she would have been our server all along. We were sitting with no menus, looking around for an employee to help us, she only came over once we stood up to get help. On top of that, while ordering, my friend requested to substitute chicken for beef in her bowl. The server said it was no problem, but when the bill came, there was an unexpected charge for the substitution. If there was going to be an upcharge, that should have been communicated clearly. It felt dishonest. The server barely checked in with us, and while we anticipated some delay due to the hockey game, we didn’t expect to be ignored entirely. The combination of poor service, lack of basic accommodation, and surprise charges made for a frustrating night. We didn’t leave a tip and didn’t catch the server’s name as she didn’t care to introduce herself. We won’t be returning to this location. If you have a choice, go to the Erin Mills Boston Pizza instead—they actually know how to treat customers properly.

We come to Burlington once a month and also meet our son for dinner at this Boston pizza. The food is always delicious, hot and plentiful. But the main reason we come is for the service! Our regular server Melissa is fantastic! Even though she only sees us once a month, she knows what we like to drink and is so pleasant. Always makes us feel very welcomed! A great place to eat and relax.

We were a group of 12 which included children ranging from ages 2 to 12. There was certainly something for everyone to eat. We were having an annual Christmas party and decided to try Boston Pizza. The pizza was very tasty! Our waitress was also very attentive. I would definitely recommend Boston Pizza especially if you are having a large group for dinner.
