Portions were huge. Prices were also huge. There was little value for the money. Service for what the prices were was terrible. Will not go back

Boston fish market never disappoints me. The food is FRESH, the service is amazing, and the portions are very generous. We ordered salmon kabobs, and they were so delicious

Despite having reservations they gave us a table in the bar. It was freezing cold. Our table was on a runway between the kitchen and the door to patio dining. You would think that with all the waiters and staff running by we would get decent service. We had to ask for a wine list. Our food arrived lukewarm and my soup came with a dirt encrusted spoon. Service was slow and we had to look for them to ask for bread (3 pieces came) and to order. Given the prices, we expected better.

Bring friends. The wonderfully prepared and high-quality food at Boston Fish market also comes in huge servings. Last visit our table of two ordered a small salad and the fried shrimp and calamari combo. There could have been another lone or two people at our table, all enjoying themselves and being stuffed with these perfectly cooked dishes. our server was attentive and made sure we had exactly what we needed. I must point out that we were there on a rather slow weeknight, and the service is not quite as profuse when the place is packed on a Friday or Saturday night. They pricing for each dish is a bit expensive but as previously stated, you’re really buying two 2 or three meals for every one.

Food is generally good. Service last night was sub par. I have a food allergy and because of that was charged a surcharge to have steamed veggies vs previously marinated ones. The up charge was $9 for 5 asparagus. My husband ordered a grilled entree and was served , by our waitress, stuffed entree. We didn’t know the mistake until our bill arrived. It was an item we had never ordered. She was “oh my bad, the items are right next to each other on the computer”. The price difference was significant. Her response was, “we’ll just give me a lower tip” Wow! I wish we didn’t give her any tip. When calling today, the manager said he would talk to her and then stated the items are not next to each other on the computer. Clearly it was intentional. Their response to needing something different due to a food allergy - well that’s our policy and the rice and veggies are basically complimentary. That was the first time we had ever been told that and the first time we had been “up charged” for steamed veggies. “My bad” I guess! Will not be returning which is too bad. Food is generally good. Attitude, not so much.

Excellent seafood choices. Had the red snapper which was perfectly prepared. Those side of rice and veggies were also delicious. Great service!

Very disappointing from earlier visits. Service was incredibly slow which took away from the food. Time between drinks and entrees was a good 50 minutes. Ordered desserts waited another 30 minutes. Coffee and tea were don’t served for another 15 minutes after dessert was served.
