   I scheduled to have the “igloo dining experience” on 3/15/2021. Only receiving the confirmation number for my table. I was not told that I needed anything when I were to arrive. But yesterday when I arrive. I was denied services to eat at the restaurant because the birthday girl didn’t have a valid ID ( 24th birthday) I explained that we only wanted to have dinner and was not planning on going to the Bar or use the casino. But when the manager came out she told me that not only can I not have dinner there because of the invalid ID but also that they had completely discontinued the “Igloo experience” 2 weeks ago before my schedule table and I was not informed of that. I drove 30 min from Manchester to Nashua for something I planned back in March and was not emailed or called about any changes to my reservation. It was first time ever visiting the location and I don’t think I’ll be back. Also they told me that they no longer use “OpenTable” and can’t even confirm my table. Again no one felt the need to check in with any guest that reserved a table with the app design for them on their official website. I was really disappointed to not be able to enjoy a birthday dinner with my loved one because of this miscommunication.

   We booked a reservation for one of the igloos. We got there and were seated in an igloo with maintenance issues (the lights and heaters kept flickering on/off for about 30 seconds at a time). After asking 3 times, they allowed us to move to the other, functioning igloo. Once we did that, we waited and waited and waited for somebody to come take our order. After 45 minutes, we just left. The igloos on the patio would’ve been nicer if people weren’t smoking all around them and we got some service. We left for another restaurant and I’m sure we won’t be returning.

   Reservations got messed up in the system and someone got to reserve the time slot I had already. The manager handled it great offered me the next time slot or just any day they had available, unfortunately I couldn’t until next week but she gave us a 50 gift card for our inconvenience!

   Wonderful food and service. Love the igloo, it was nice and warm and great ambiance. Highly recommend!

   Food was okay. Ordered steak tips rare and got them well done. Flatbread wasn’t cooked throughout. Service was okay…waited 30 minutes for 2 boxes. Okay experience.

   I made a reservation for the igloo 1 month in advance. We arrived at Boston Billiards promptly at 7pm when our reservation was scheduled. Inside the igloo the table was not cleared from the previous guests. We sat until 7:20pm and no waitress came to take our order. I called the front desk and they said that our waitress would be outside to take our order. Another 20 mins go by and still no one came to take our order. Our group ended up leaving and going back inside. We told the girl at the front that we were never served and she did nothing about it.

   I had a wonderful time with my friend yesterday- your staff made it really easy to just enjoy ourselves. I would definitely give you good recommendations.

   I reserved an Igloo for my husband’s birthday. Of course it turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year. Apparently we were the only ones crazy enough to dine in one that night. The igloo was nice. Small table so for a big group it wouldn’t work unless you were just getting drinks. They had two heaters going, one was an electric fireplace which was nice. However the heaters were not strong enough to keep us warm. Might be okay on a milder day. The food was good and our waitress was great. We felt bad that she had to come out in the cold !

    When I walked in and up to front desk they didn’t have me on any reservation list. Every table was available without needing a reservation.
