   We went for brunch prior to Astros game. Menu is unique, food was excellent. I recommend the short rib eggs Benedict, fancy burrito and the short rib chilaquiles. Excellent experience and atmosphere. Start with pb&j BEIGNETS!

   Experience, food and service were all amazing! The whiskey room was SOOO impressive and lively. The bourbon and whiskey recommendations by Nick, the manage….FIRE. Was outstanding!! Marvin, our server, was highly attentive. Highly recommend!!!

   The food was absolutely amazing. It came out quickly, hot, and tasted really good. Service was very nice, quick and checked in often. My biggest, and really only complaint, is that the music in there is way too loud. Not at all what I was expecting for a midafternoon dinner. It was so loud I could hardly hear my girlfriend sitting 2 feet away from me. I have extremely sensitive hearing, so it was uncomfortable. I would say I’d go back in a heartbeat, but the loud music alone makes me second that thought. I recommend, but be warned if you don’t like loud music.

   Great restaurant when we arrived! Very cool place - valet was polite and professional. Our rsvp was for 130 and we arrived early and they sat us. We weren’t the only family with kids which was a plus. Was a bit perplexed when they sat us at a high table with spinning bar chairs when we have a child. Just not the most accommodating setup for kids. The food selections were awesome! The plates were more than enough food for us! Everything was delicious. The wait staff seemed a bit like “order-takers” rather than complimenting the establishment they’re working in. The restaurant seems to overdeliver on ambiance and food presentation, while leaving a lot more to be desired of the wait staff. Maybe pay a bit more attention to the quality/ training of the floor staff to better maintain the awesome language of the restaurant. Overall, great bones, great food, great spot - let’s work on the personalities selling your brand to the guests!

   I didn’t have the best experience here but I wouldn’t stop people from going here. Just because it wasn’t for me doesn’t make this a bad spot. The vibe is there it’s a beautiful place and energetic. We went for Mother’s Day brunch and the food was very under seasoned. I tasted three different meals and I just was not satisfied with the lack of flavor in the food.

    Honestly 10/10! The ambiance was perfect. I felt so at home and comfortable. The service was phenomenal! The drinks were so tasty and had a great balance of being strong but so tasty!! The food was so good I did the happy food dance while eating. The entire day I kept begging my BF to go back. I want to tell everyone but also want to keep it as my secret little place.

    It was my first time eating at Bosscat last night and I will not be returning. The waitress was awful and I had to get two other waitresses to assist me at different times. Then, my avocado salad was missing avocado and I was charged extra for avocado. I was also charged for for more dressing when there was hardly any on there, but I didn’t question that one.

    Marvin, our attendant, was superior. Top notch service. The cocktails were great, as was the ambiance. I was a bit shocked by how few people were there on a Friday night. The food was just ok, more like elevated bar food. The meats were fatty, sauces were heavy, and the green beans and scalloped potatoes were very salty. Over seasoned food makes me question the quality of raw ingredients, and that’s the vibe I got from this meal. We had pig candy, country bread (basically a donut with ranch), and the short ribs with scalloped potatoes and green beans.

    The food was really good. We had our Easter brunch there. Our server was kind and knowledgeable. She took time to answer our questions and made recommendations. The food portions are huge. We probably could’ve easily ordered half of the food I’m in a completely full.

    We celebrated my friends birthday. It took the restaurant 25 minutes to come to our table, all of the food was cold, we asked our waiter questions and the menu and he forgot to come back and sander and we saw our waiter very few times.

    Service - horrible it was my wife's b day and they completely missed the mark. Drinks took over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) . Manager brought shots out and I let him know we appreciate it but need them to still pick up the pace. His response was "this is the best we can do" with a sarcastic tone. We ordered more drinks and it still took 20 minutes after me speaking with mgmt. waste of a B day dinner. Food - it's decent. I'd say a bit over priced for how bland it can be. Not way over priced but a touch high in my opinion. Ambiance - good place for after work drinks but nothing more.

    If you like loud, dark and awkward seating then this is the place for you. They play this music with an incredibly annoying never ending bass beat that seems to have no purpose other than to destroy conversation and and give one a headache. The food was tasty but the ambience guarantees that a return visit for the food will not be in the near future. Sad. It is much more of a bar than a restaurant and they stay in business because they sell a lot of whiskey

    For all the hype, this place fell short for us. Most everything lacked that punch of flavor we were expecting from menu descriptions and reviews. Considering “this is a bar that serves food” (the servers explanation), perhaps the dishes would find their peak flavor alongside a cocktail or whiskey. We were not drinking that night and there for the food so I will give that as a possible out. Probably won’t be back since the service fell flat as well once they realized we were not going to do alcohol.
