Loved the ambience and the service. Had special salad and fried eggplant that was delicious. Perfect drinks. Disappointed with Peking duck. Duck was very tough. Had better in average Chinese restaurant. Best thing was our waiter Tyler.

Sat outside which we thought would be great, but it was clear they were sorely understaffed on July 4th week, so we were basically ignored. The matre'd tried to help, and we ended up ordering our dinner with him. They were out of most of the wine on the bottle list, but he eventually brought us an OK bottle they had in stock. The food was good but given the high prices, it wasn't a great experience overall. Wish we sat inside since it was very quaint and we likely would have gotten more attention.

Overrated and over hyped. Peking Duck was substandard and certainly not worth the pre-order or $52.00 price tag (even for Aspen).
Menu was creative and most dishes were interesting and delicious. However, the main courses were not delivered at the same time; those first served waited so long that they had to start before their food got cold, and were well into their meals when the remaining dinners were served.

Bosq serves the most innovative and delicious food in Aspen, hands down. Often too many ingredients in a dish is a warning sign, not here. The chef is superb and really knows what he is doing. If it is a nice night and you can sit outside you will be guaranteed a perfect meal.

This is an extraordinary restaurant. The food dishes are very creative & innovative! Even better, everything was prepared to perfection, very enjoyable. The service was excellent! Aspen enjoys many fine restaurants, but BosQ is clearly about an elegant & gourmet dinning experience. Highly recommended!

The bartender (who was on his first day) was not much fun. More like a dictator.....and a bit unfriendly. The Whole experience after initially talking to him kind of went south.

Beautifully prepared food with great flavors and presentation. Highlights were the steak tartare, crispy eggplant and the Peking Duck. As must stop in a town with great restaurants

The food is amazing, however, the place is extremely small and has around 10-15 tables maximum, we waited around 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated but the manager was very nice and gave us a couple of appetizers on the House as an apology for the wait. Just a tip, I hate eggplant but you got to try it here.

My husband and I dined at Bosq before a concert at the Belly-Up. We liked that certain dishes are meant to be shared, such as the duck, which was divine! Super tender and tasty. The fried shiitake mushrooms are a delicious appetizer. The bar tender makes a marvelous martini. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful in making our selection. The perfect waiter. We will definitely go back to Bosq the next time we attend a concert at the Belly-Up.

Had an absolutely amazing meal. We started with a winter salad with local herbs scavenged from around Aspen, followed with a duck mousse also paired w herbs and delicious spicy sauce. Finally we had the peking duck buns which were to die for. Staff and service was great. Great ambiance, charm, decor, and trendy music!

The bass was exceptional....fabulous preparation. I don't usually order chicken but the citrus made the dish so bright and flavorful. And don't miss the eggplant and shiitake appetizers. This is a restaurant not to be missed!

Loved the dining experience, but in the end were asked to turn over our table before we were ready to leave, and we were just finishing our wine. Very abrupt.

Limited menu but each item is a culinary masterpiece! Intimate, tasteful space with flawless execution of both food and service. Hate to write such a glowing review as Bosq is already tough to get a reservation. My favorite restaurant in Aspen. Thanks, Chef for such an amazing dining experience!

FOR ALL THE HYPE OF BEING ASPENS LATEST AND GREATEST, EXPECTED A BIT MORE. WINE LIST WAS ADEQUATE, WITH A GOOD SELECTION. EXPECTED MORE FROM THE KITCHEN---DON'T GET ME WRONG--FOOD WAS GOOD, JUST NOT GREAT AND FOR THEIR PRICE POINT, GREAT SHOULD BE THE TARGET! SERVICE WAS GREAT HOWEVER

First off, I received a call + email from Bosq asking me to change my reservation to an earlier time. We were already going earlier than we wanted so we declined. I've never had a restaurant do that before. Second, we had an early day outdoors planned for the next day so we didnt order wine. The server's whole attitude changed when I said no drinks, she just seemed to want to turn the table asap. As a consequence, the server did not try to understand our order, we only received an app and 2 salads, I ordered an entre but she never acknowledged my order and at this point we didnt care. Food is ok judging by the salads. Cant recommend.

Molly, Chris and Ben messed up our open table reservation. We had to tell our invited guest that we were not sure if we had a table as we were confirmed (via OT) and then later cancelled. when we arrived Ben said we didn't have a reservation. We showed him an email from Molly saying we did in fact have reservations but he said we aren't on the list. Ended up sitting at the bar and the bartender was wonderful. trying to talk with our friends was difficult. That was our 6th time eating there and likely our last. We were dissapointed, The attitude was sit at the bar or leave.

Bosq is high cuisine. There are many complex elements to every dish. The service is professional and attentive. The restaurant is small and intimate probably not the right place for a big group. We brought a baby and that didn’t work very well although the restaurant was accommodating - no high chairs though. Everyone agreed that the duck foie gras appetizer was the best dish anyone ordered. It’s not what you expect: it was extraordinary.

What an absolutely wonderful experience. I took my wife for a special night out and was completely blown away. I can be difficult to please, but from start to finish everything was incredible. The service was first class all the way, from seating to drinks to food. Timing was perfect, and of course, the food was to die for. As everyone says, get the duck! Absolutely worth the price, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The food was impeccable, however the service left us very unhappy. We seemed to be a bit of a bother to our waitress. She brought the glass of wine which was doe died with my meal right then and never told us about the off menu specials. The only way we knew about it was by listening to the waiter next to us describe the item. She did not talk to us nor ask if we had any questions about the menu but merely stated if we were ready to order. If it was not for the food we would have rated lower. It’s going to be a hard decision to go back there or not or if we would recommend.
