Tried something besides their delicious steaks, the chicken Marsala- so juicy and tender . Very very good. Celebrating our 40 th anniversary and staff were very kind and congratulated us for our success!

Service was outstanding. Great vibe and interesting menu. Way overpriced. The agnolotti was mediocre. Brussels were delicious. Just way too much $ for the food and wine value. We spent $470 for 4. Should have been $300.

The food was absolutely incredible!
Worth every penny! Our server was amazing. I loved that he gave an explanation of the flavors behind everything we ordered but managed to make it feel like every day conversation. My husband and I look forward to eating there again!

As always, food and service were amazing. I highly suggest the oysters for a starter and adding the crab legs as a side.

Delicious bday celebration

Bos Taurus is truly the best steakhouse my wife and I have ever experienced. We've been to several highly regarded establishments in Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas, etc and yet this little gem in downtown Bend blows them all out of the water... The food is mind boggling, the service is outstanding (Todd is the man) and the cocktails are top notch. We go, on average, about once a month... Which is excessive but we can't help ourselves. Truly can't touch it!

We get out on date night once a week and our nights celebrated together at BosTaurus are always memorable. Welcome back Todd! And Benjamin, you never let us down with your wine recommendation. Thanks for another amazing evening.

This is the second time we’ve eaten at Bos and it was just as exceptional as the first. From the service to the food, I can’t think of a single thing I would change. Absolute perfection!

We had a great evening, once again, at Bos Taurus! Never disappoints! We’ve tried all the steaks pretty much but you just can’t beat the hanger steak! Crazy good! Gotta order the chimichurri sauce to go with it. Brussel sprouts could literally be dessert, they’re that good! I highly recommend everything about Bos Taurus!

We’ve dined at this establishment for special occasions, family get togethers or for “just because!” It’s one of our favorites. Wait staff are well trained, informative re the different options on the menu and we love the ambiance.

Best food in Bend, OR hands down. Service and atmosphere is that comparable to a the top places in New York as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real fine dining.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the sweet hostess wishing us a Happy Anniversary to the complimentary champagne toast offered.... we were spoiled and enjoyed every moment and every morsel. Service, ambience and the food couldn’t have been any more amazing!
We had the bone marrow starter and the hamachi crude starters and they are worth mentioning as outstanding. Of course our steaks were cooked perfectly and we can’t wait till next years anniversary to come back! Thank you again for the whole memorable experience.

This was my second time visiting Bos Taurus. The first time was fantastic, elegant and memorable! It was very early in the pandemic situation... this last time, 12/30/20 was deep into the pandemic. Bos Taurus had evolved to make it through this odd situation we are in- and although a simpler, less refined menu- it was equally delicious!!!! More casual fare- bbq, cornbread... - but THE best bbq and cornbread I’ve ever had!!
I look forward to going back to the old Bos Taurus someday... but until then, the new evolution is jus perfect!!!
