We had yet another great experience at Bos! Food was amazing and excellent service from Todd! We will be back next time we’re in Bend.

The service was phenomenal

Steakhouse would be a misnomer. This is an intimate establishment that just happens to excel at some of the best steak I've ever tasted. Our reservation was a little delayed, and the final bill was well into the end of fine dining, but we thought it was well worth it on all counts. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They apologized for the delay and made us feel very welcome. Still, the food would have been worth a much less welcoming environment. I'd say we were left speechless, but instead we could not stop raving to the staff and the head chef. I'm sure we'd annoyed them all with our praise by the time we left. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We'll try to be less effusive next time.

Adventure in dining: not just a meal. Great staff. Our favorite part was the individual choice of our steak knife prior to getting our most-excellent steaks.

Atmosphere and service impeccable. Food is true gourmet & fresh just outstanding. I eat plant based and was very happy to have the staff accommodate my needs! Really appreciate the top notch service.

Todd and Corey gave us great customer service, were friendly, and very knowledgeable about the wine, food, and the cutlery. We felt special when we received a glass of champagne and a signed card that congratulated us on our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you for making our dinning experience a happy and momentous event.

Every detail of our experience was perfect. We go to Bos Taures a few times a year but the staff still greets us like we are regulars. The food is Michelin Star quality; I've been to plenty of great restaurants and put this in our top ten of all time. Very fortunate to have a restaurant of this quality in our little town of Bend.

The best steak I have ever had! The service and knowledge of the staff was impeccable. We loved the “knife service”. The homemade ice creme was out of this world! Must return...

My husband and I recently had a date night at Bos Taurus. The service was truly impeccable. It was such good service that I was literally blown away. Food was delicious, ambiance was lovely. Overall, great experience!!!!

Best steak I’ve ever had!

We were welcomed with a card and 2 glasses of champagne for our anniversary. I was not expecting that at all and thought it was a great touch.

My wife and I celebrated the newlywed life at Bos Taurus and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Will highly recommend to others and return when back in Bend.

Amazing meal for a hardcore carnivore, willing and able to spend a bit more to get a bit more. It's pricey but excellent. We loved it. I thought the red wine selection could have been a bit more diverse, but that didn't stop us from enjoying two bottles with our meal.

Great date night out location that delivers mix of service, and "wow" moments of great steak and wine.

What a meal! Sat at the bar with my lovely wife for our 5th anniversary and the Bos Taurus team did not disappoint. The wagyu was ridiculously good, just melts in your mouth, and the bartender recommended the perfect wine to pair with our dishes. We are lucky to have a restaurant in Bend like this one, could not say enough good things about our meal afterward. They made it very special.

One of the very best steaks I have been served in 50+ years of going to famous Chop Houses in the US. Our server Todd was fun and very knowledgeable. Side dishes and dessert were also first rate. Wish I lived closer to Bend Oregon so I would be a regular at Bos Taurus!

This place was incredible! We had an idea of what we were getting into but the food was so amazing and the staff was incredible. It's pricey but totally worth the cut of beef!

The food is always amazing, I had the petit filet and friends had scampi. We shared the ridiculous Brussels sprouts (and almost licked the bowl) and everything was superb! Todd our waiter was knowledgeable and professional while also being personable and funny. Private booths are wonderful and noise level low for great conversing!

I have been to Bos Taurus twice in the last couple weeks. One for business and the other for personal. Amazing food, drinks, and service. I've told many friends about this place multiple times.

Excellent food & service! Come prepared for a pricey meal, however the food is very tasty, fresh, and expertly prepared with care. We loved choosing our own steak knife (from a box presented at the table) - a very unique experience.

As I travel the country via RV, this was the best meal I've had in months. The Hamachi appetizer was fresh and tasteful. I picked this restaurant because of the 18 hour pork cheek appetizer on the menu and they didn't disappoint. They went really well with the polenta, frisee, and radish. The steaks were a homerun. My wife got the x-breed Holstein/Wagyu NY Strip, and I ordered the 16oz Holstein Rib Eye. Let me preface... my dad was a butcher for 50 years...I really know my meats. These steaks were absolutely amazing. Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, well-marbled, melt-in-your-mouth. The hint of smoke flavor was an added bonus to my pallet. I feel the steak was priced right, $79 & $59. I've have extremely expensive steaks before, as I travel the country, and have been severely disappointed.... this was definitely not the case. Worth every penny! The olive oil cake for dessert was light and decadent and was a fantastic way to finish. The local Oregon wines that we chose to pair with the steaks were spot on. Smooth, easy to drink, amazing. Service was exceptional. My wife left to use the restroom, they immediately changed her napkin for a fresh one. I love the added knife choosing. They let you choose from 3 different sharp steak knifes. Added fun for the evening.

I go here to show my guests the Best food in Bend, and get some great wine to accompany us from Sara at the Good Drop next door. Got to admit the attention to detail was not up to par this visit but they were aware and made up for it 10 fold. My special guest for the evening was my amazing and Beautiful wife. Thanks Bas Taurus and Good Drop for another amazing evening...
