Tomato soup with fresh basil or a fresh mixed salad with fresh herbs make for wonderful starters before the main course at Borsig-B. Guests can feast on an entrŽe of gnocchi with smoked almonds, oxtail ragout, currywurst with potatoes or escalope of chicken.     Es gibt hier Sardinen in Öl. Je älter die Dose, umso besser der Geschmack. Das können wir nur bestätigen. Die Speisen sind alle frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Der Service ist aufmerksam, abe nicht aufdringlich. Die offene Küche empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.

    Wir gehen ins dieses Restaurant, weil sie eine Auswahl an veganen Gerichten haben, was man sonst im Norden nicht so findet. Das Essen ist sehr gut und preiswert. Der Service lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wasserflasche und Glas werden auf den Tisch geknallt und nicht eingeschenkt, entweder es wird schon ein Teil des Geschirrs abgeräumt wärend der Gegenüber noch isst oder man muss selbst auf die Suche nach jemanden gehen, der einem das Geschirr abnimmt und die Rechnung bringt. Wir waren bisher 3-4 mal dort und das oben genannte haben wir leider jedes mal so erlebt.
