En el restaurante Borracha los muertos reviven. El Borracha está situado en Green Valley Ranch y está decorado con calaveras festivas que observan a los visitantes, creando un ambiente peligroso. El restaurante hace referencia al día de muertos, ofreciendo platillos inspirados en la gastronomía mexicana, así como un menu de bebidas donde abundan las cervezas, el tequila y los cocteles especiales para relajarse. Ordered the green enchiladas and they were really good and tasty. It can with rice and beans and the Rice was hard and had no flavor beans were good. Cocktails were not good tasting. We had the mule and it was all ginger no other taste to compliment it being a mule. Also had the pineapple drink and the ferment or whatever was the liquor added was so over powering. Couldn’t taste the pineapple. Ceviche was really good! Also the chicken empanadas were good! Also loved the chile rellleno! We were celebrating a birthday and saw others getting birthday cakes but nothing was brought to our birthday girl, although the host did tell us happy birthday

Hot sauce was hotter than normal but still great. Chicken tough and very thin. Waiter inattentive, in past they were very attentive. Had to request water refill. Corn very good, companion liked her fajitas. Grade C experience.

It was fine. I’ve had better. The server brought my appetizer Mexican street corn AFTER my entree was served to me. Skimpy on chips and salsa.. service was slow. The chicken loco was drowning in salsa!! Food was ok. Nothing great.

I have eaten at Borracha several times and found the food to be very good and the value also to be good. I had chile relleno which could have been served hotter, temperature that is. My husband had cheese enchiladas which were delicious as usual. This restaurant has tv's throughout showing live sports events so is very lively. Service was very good also

Food was amazing! Definitely will come back. Ambiance is nice and the workers are sweet. Only part that sucked is we had to wait 40mins for our entrees to come out. There was people that arrived after us that somehow got there food first so it was odd we had to wait that long.
